What challenge were you trying to address with IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio?

One of my company’s divisions does custom software development, and they needed help with UI/UX design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My company primarily utilizes IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio for UI/UX design. They do some light frontend coding using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. The team mostly codes from Bootstrap.

What is the team composition?

We engage with three team members.

How did you come to work with IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio?

We found IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio online. We’d been doing business with one of their co-founders for several years, and they recently started the agency.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been partnering with the agency since it’s been in existence, and our work together is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done a phenomenal job doing our UI/UX design. Everything they do represents our company, and our clients are satisfied. When we build out applications, we do most of the backend development in-house, but the users don’t see this; what they’re seeing is the UI/UX design that IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio does. We attribute much of the positive feedback we’ve gotten about the usability of our applications to great UX design.

How did IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio is available for calls whenever we ask. We generally have a call either once a day or several times a week to go over the status of their work and to provide them with feedback that we’ve gotten from clients. Overall, they’ve been very responsive.

We use InVision to collaborate on designs and communicate. Our teams also deploy TargetProcess and Azure DevOps tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re excellent at communicating.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any I can think of.

What challenge were you trying to address with IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio?

We needed mobile app design for one of our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We engaged with them to do the UI/UX for the mobile app. They designed the complete artboard for the application. The user journey was carved out on the wireframes and then on Sketch.

What is the team composition?

One or two people were involved in the project. The design was very well defined by Vivek (Founder, IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio).

How did you come to work with IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio?

I saw Vivek’s work on Behance as well as on the Google platform. From a design aspect, it was very appealing and all the work he had done was a lot larger than life. We interviewed a couple of people, but we found IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio to be the best.

We initially gave them a smaller job just to test the waters and they came out with flying colors. We felt they were a definite fit.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent a little over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them in 2017 and the engagement has concluded.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From a design standpoint, all you need is the designer to follow the design aesthetics of a brand. The devil is in the details, and Vivek was good at finding the pain areas from an onboarding perspective for a mobile app. The work was seamlessly done. He did an awesome job of overcoming the hurdles and with the brainstorming sessions that we had with clients.

How did IWARSI UI/UX Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Skype and Slack for communication. We used design tools like Sketch, as well as InVision. When the concept was being carved out, we had clear communication and articulation around the concept. They gave us what we needed for the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He understood the app very well. He was able to add that into the artwork and did an awesome job with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The company was based out of India, and if they could offer 24-hour services that would be even better.
