As we were looking for an international recruitment agency, we were recommended by a common consultant to get in touch with Alessandro, their Business Development Manager.

We are great when delivering our projects and we are plenty of international customers thanks to fairs, advertisement and word of mouth/recommendation. In order to increase even more these processes of new customer’s acquisition we decided to work with an external recruitment agency for the Polish market.

The sales agent is reporting to our Sales Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to ITSelecta we were able to identify and interview several good candidates for our team. We ended up with new agents for the Polish market. They helped to increase our sales and branding in this country.

As ITSelecta has Italian team members it was even easier than expected to communicate with them. Everything was fast and easy.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The support we received when elaborating the offer in a market where we do not have an office. As ITSelecta acted not only as recruitment partner but also as a consultant suggesting us the best way to start the cooperation with the selected candidate also in terms of agreement.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The process was good and we did not encounter any difficulties communicating with them. Having the profiles and the communication entirely in Italian was definitively a plus. Just on, one profile we received we found a missing information about the candidate notice period but ITSelecta promptly informed us about it. In fact, the candidate was not sure about his notice period and ITSelecta could not verify this information before he came back to them. Other than that, all the information received were consistent and verified also in terms of candidate’s references.
