ITMedia provided SEO services for our store. There was a full SEO audit of our website, keyword research and selection of up to 100 relevant search phrases, optimization of the site structure and on-page SEO improvements for key categories, subcategories, and product pages. The key deliverables were a detailed SEO audit, keyword research for our chosen package  package, recommendations for improving website structure, on-page optimization of selected pages, technical SEO recommendations, analysis of categories and product pages, internal linking recommendations, competitor analysis, monitoring of indexing and visibility and regular SEO recommendations for further improvement.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project showed really good progress. After the SEO work completed by ITmedia, we started seeing our website appear in high positions in Google search results for relevant commercial keywords connected to our products and categories. This demonstrated that the SEO optimization, keyword work, page improvements, and technical recommendations had a positive impact on our search visibility. Another important outcome was the improvement of the website’s technical performance. ITmedia helped optimize and speed up the website, which made the store load faster and improved the overall user experience for visitors.

Project management was excellent throughout the project. ITmedia maintained clear and transparent communication from the very beginning, and we always understood what was being done, what the next steps were and what results to expect. They delivered all agreed items on time. Communication was very easy because we had direct contact not only with the project manager but also with the company director when needed. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, they responded quickly, politely and professionally. Overall, the cooperation was smooth, well-organize  and pleasant. We felt that our needs were understood and that the team was genuinely involved in the success of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The impressive part was how accessible the team was. We had direct communication with both the project manager and the company director which made the process faster and more transparent. Any questions were answered quickly, clearly and politely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ITMedia Digital Agency could have done differently?

I think there's a space for improvement for any business and ITmedia is no exception. But can't think of anything tight away though. Our work experience with them is good
