The agency provided one dedicated person to oversee the project, handling all aspects related to candidate selection and presentation. Communication with itMatch was conducted via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed. 

Key deliverables included: Identification and presentation of 29 pre-screened candidates and creation of 7 job offers, resulting in 5 successful hires.
