We worked closely with Dmitry and Oleh on several design assignments that we had to outsource. Our application is used by commercial real estate leasing brokers in Asia Pacific. It is a complex and relatively old application and we had 2 key categories of tasks:

• 1 around improving the user experience for data management and user entry which is vital as the app houses our proprietary data.
• The 2nd was new features we were working on as we moved towards sharing data with clients digitally. 

It was a task-based assignment where we provided context for each task, and Oleh and Dmitry would provide design prototypes based on the business and user requirements, technical constraints we had to work with as well as additional challenges or problems we were looking to solve. Prototypes were completed using Figma.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received positive feedback from our users on the new features implemented. Adoption for some of these new features have also increased.

I've worked with them twice, this current project in 2024 and previously in 2023. The team is incredibly responsible and timely - both in terms of deliverables and basic things like showing up for meetings on time. In the unlikely event that they needed more time, we were always given advance notice.

Dmitry has an amazing ability to comprehend our complex landscape and user experience problems that we bring to him. He is able to break them down and incorporate solutions in his designs. I appreciate in particular, both Dmitry and Oleh's patience as there were often many rounds of iterations required.

The end product was perfect. But also the way that Dmytro works with clients is phenomenal. He is a great collaborator, and given English is not his native language this was never an issue. In fact he communicated as if he was a native speaker

We cooperated on over 6 projects, including generation of UX/UI solutions for wearable devices and enterprise systems. We got an expert opinion for improvements, optimisation of our products. Iteracia did a great job in mentoring our designers and helped to hire professionals in the UX/UI design field. One of the projects aims to redesign our website to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. 

Our goal is to simplify navigation, streamline the checkout process, and introduce a more personalized shopping experience. Target Audience: Our primary target audience are tech managers and specialists who are tech-savvy and prefer online shopping. We have developed two personas: "Busy Professionals" looking for quick and efficient solutions, and "Tech Recruiters"
