The project management was spectacular. They enabled our four cross-functional teams to follow a proprietary Agile methodology developed by their company for the Software Development Lifecycle that allowed us to begin the Construction phase with a set of 200 user stories divided across 35 Epics. They tracked the development progress of each team via Jira which housed all the user stories and through daily standups and weekly steering committee meetings, they ensured that each Sprint's progress was aligned with the project schedule. 

The key deliverables that they developed were a detailed Project Charter that included cost estimation, time estimation, and an effort estimation, a detailed resource plan, a refined Product Backlog, User Stories with Epics, Project plan with milestones and important deliverables, and a risk management plan. We went live with 1200 users that are successfully using the Salesforce CRM today. This project has enabled us to increase our sales opportunities (deals) by 15% in a span of two months and has automated the end-to-end Lead to Order process in Salesforce up to 80% that was manual for most part prior to this implementation.

We contracted I-Tech Cloud Solutions (ITCS) for three main Salesforce development projects from 2018 to 2020. The first project was related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and included development in Amspscript that required the encryption and decryption of a payload. It also required integration with an API hosted in Salesforce CRM. The project required analysis by ITCS because the solution was not obvious. 

Overall it was a success and the client was very satisfied. The second project was related to Salesforce CRM and included the development of a payment form for purchasing insurance products in the Salesforce console and also in a webpage using VisualForce. The project required learning a new API for our client and implementing complex business rules. ITCS was able to implement the requirements as we defined them and the client is very happy. 

The third project involved implementing custom code to customize the business rules for skills based routing in Salesforce Service Cloud. Apex development was required and the business rules were complex and challenging. ITDCS was albe to implement the requirements and the client was very happy with the results. All three of the clients were very satisified with the work that ITDCS did for us.

Over four years later, our clients still use and are still pleased with the work and functionality that was implemented by ITDCS.

The contractor recently developed a custom process in Salesforce to enhance our purchase order management. They used Salesforce's tools to automate the creation and management of orders, giving real-time visibility into the process and improving vendor relationships. 

They also integrated DocuSign into Salesforce, enabling automatic contract generation. This streamlined the formerly lengthy process of creating, sending, and signing contracts, boosting productivity and accelerating the sales cycle.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The automation of purchase order creation and contract generation led to a significant reduction in time spent on these tasks for the team involved. This was measurable in terms of man-hours saved each week or month, demonstrating a clear efficiency gain. Errors and discrepancies in purchase orders and contracts, often a result of manual data entry, were minimized through the automation of these processes. 

A decrease in the number of identified errors showcased an improvement in accuracy. Furthermore, the integration with DocuSign expedited the contract signing process, resulting in a shorter sales cycle. This was evident when comparing the average duration of the sales cycle before and after the project's implementation, underlining the project's success in enhancing business operations.

4. Enable customer setup of BACS Direct Debit Payment within a Screen Flow including presenting a BACS Direct Debit mandate form.
5. Configure integration for Apple Pay so we can turn on for future projects.

Milestone 2: Admin Functionality & Documentation (31/05/2023 - 05/06/2023)
