For what projects/services did your company hire IT Vortex, LLC?

The worst website experience ever. I invested in a mobile friendly website, that I have never received .and the screenshot they showed me I can’t even open it up on the internet even typing in my website address. And I trusted the website was done when they told me. So I erased my old website out of trust.

I paid up front , and they sold it like it was the best of the best quick and easy. It’s a complete nightmare. And it still ain’t done and we started in January it’s april 14th, and every time I confronted them on this they try to tell my website don’t show up unless I optimize it, SEO, which I am doing to get to the front page and stay there.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected them because I was doing an SEO and needed a mobile friendly website and this guy blew me up . I went with them out of good faith and they are the worst I’ve ever seen

Just Kevin , I couldn’t get managers to talk to me

Not one thing , no work ethic, very dishonest and gave no upfront good advice

Yes, they could of completed the job they sold to me
