 Additionally, the automated workflows and improved security measures have greatly streamlined our operations, contributing to an overall increase in productivity. The expertise and efficiency of IT Svit have played a critical role in advancing our fintech platform's capabilities and market readiness.

Good and quite on point. The Project Management is really thorough and always attentive towards the requirements. The right questions are asked during the creation of tasks, the info is gathered accurately and the task items managed accordingly, with most of the required info and tags present in the tickets for easier and more convenient tracking. 

The estimation is mostly on point and wasn't usually exceeded. It also provided high value service when the project was facing blockers and impediments sometimes, with correct and accurate communication built, and a client-oriented attitude, it made sure the problems and concerns would become theirs as well, and moved firmly towards them being resolved and their solution. 

The meetings are fun and productive with this team. Its course was always oriented on making the project better, smoother, more cost-efficient. Overall - great experience!

First of all, they performed an audit of the infrastructure. After that they worked on the tooling and CI/CD processes in the AWS. They moved our app and database to Amazon. The second phase included testing and optimization, setting up monitoring and logging. We still work with them - engineers monitor our system, assist developers with their requests and suggest improvements as our product grows. Thanks to IT Svit, our customers no longer experience timeouts on our application
