I’m the associate brand manager for an influencer platform.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with It Girl Agency?

We were working on a project for a client, which involved marketing their health and wellness products in the natural space. We needed some talents to create content that will bring our campaign to life.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with It Girl Agency to work with some of their talents on various social media marketing campaigns. We primarily worked with Lydia (CEO), who was responsible for representing their agency’s talents and helping us negotiate their fees.

It Girl Agency was in charge of creating content for our client’s Instagram and Facebook channels. They managed our in-feed posts and created image and video content. They handled everything from storyboarding, creating the messaging around the campaigns, shooting photographs and footage, sending over our vision for the shoot to our client to get approval, and creatively producing content after the fact.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Lydia, who handled the logistics and communication with the talent and made sure that all production was going well and everything was uploaded properly, and Jenna (Talent), who executed and created every piece of content.

How did you come to work with It Girl Agency?

We actually found It Girl Agency through one of their talents, Jenna, whom we sourced through online research based on the creative ask from our client.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $5,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project from October 2021–December 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The talent that It Girl Agency provided came up with incredibly amazing, impactful content for our client. The content they produced had a very positive brand sentiment, and people were just really intrigued and engaged with everything they posted on our client’s social media channels.

How did It Girl Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

It Girl Agency performed very well in terms of project management — they led a very simple and easy process. They were able to adhere to our established timeline and deliver on time.

We primarily communicated through email, but they also used our platform to submit content.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really appreciated how authentic and reliable It Girl Agency was — they work with really great people, and they have great relationships with their talent. They fostered a creative space for everyone involved, and all of the work that they did was really personal and tailored to our needs.

Another thing that I really liked about them was that they were incredibly easy to work with. They understood everything that was going on on our side, and they were always willing to go above and beyond to make everything easier for us. Overall, I’m really impressed with how much value they brought to the table.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything that It Girl Agency could have done better. There was this one time when they weren’t able to cross-share one in-feed image from the client’s Instagram channel to their Facebook channel, but it definitely wasn’t impactful to the overall success of the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you make the extra effort to connect with It Girl Agency and build a great relationship with them, the rest would follow.
