I’m the field support operation manager at Avon.

We hired them for their IT and consulting services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve had several projects with IT Business & Support, including the redesign and updating of all the technology integrated with our production line. We’ve also worked with them for the maintenance of our data centers and equipment, monitoring systems, and air conditioning systems.

What is the team composition?

We work with 4–5 people depending on the project. Usually, we work with an account manager and a team that changes based on our requirements.

How did you come to work with IT Business & Support LLC?

Some people from their team had worked with Avon in the past, so they were referred to me. We were aware of the quality of their work. That was our initial contact. For the rest of our other projects, we had an RFP process where we evaluated different companies according to the needs of the project, budget, skills, and experience.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $100,000–$120,000 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since July 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve never had any issues in our data centers in the last five years. In other words, IT Business & Support has provided great maintenance services. They’re one of the service providers that we work best with and trust the most. Because of the good results they deliver, we’ve extended our collaboration; they work in many areas within our company now.

How did IT Business & Support LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

IT Business & Support is great. We have a dedicated account manager that’s always on top of the projects we have with them. To communicate, we use email, WhatsApp, Teams, and basically every other platform available. They provide us with great multichannel attention and 24/7 availability.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their after-sales service is great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they could schedule constant visits to our production plant outside of assigned projects. They could also be more proactive and make more proposals to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Integrate IT Business & Support into the planning phase of the project; trust them as a consultant.

Thanks to IT Business & Support, we’re able to complete our processes with minimal errors and issues — we’ve almost had no complaints from the end-users, so they’re able to accomplish their tasks on time.

Additionally, this service is always available to use. We haven’t experienced any disruptions and that’s mainly because of their ability to maintain a reliable system.

Whenever we have any concerns, they’re always open to working with us and applying any changes we need to make. They also have a dedicated person to communicate with us and discuss details about any of the requirements we may have.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on because I’m very satisfied with their services, and we’ve never received any complaints from our customers.
