I am the Senior Project Manager of Trojström & Co

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

As our business grew, our processes became more complex and our operations expanded. The different teams were working with disconnected applications, which quickly became inefficient and difficult to manage as our company grew.

We started running into several challenges: duplicated data entry across multiple applications due to the lack of a centralized source of truth, difficulties with accurate cost reporting for all projects, inconsistent pricing formulation, and a lot of time wasted on manual work and reconciliations. On top of that, our ability to produce real-time reports and meaningful analysis was limited.

We realized we needed a single integrated system to streamline and standardize the way we work, so we moved forward with implementing an ERP solution. Ultimately, we chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to improve efficiency and optimize key processes across the company - from accounting and inventory management to database management and cross-team collaboration.
