We made TV commercials for several brands. Also we worked in other areas - banners, special projects, influence-marketing.

The creative department came up with an idea for a video that won the focus groups and wowed our target audience. Then we filmed a video together and put it on television. The team asked a lot of questions to make the video perfect and get an amazing result.

The creative team, managers and production took part in all projects

We consider the project as successful, which brought us sales increase

We get along well together, have clear communication. We shared reporting dashboards, and I like that Isobar’s team is engaged in all processes

They delivered everything on time, and It was a pleasure to work with the team. They know how to argue their recommendations, which really work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I personally and our team are interested in a partnership that we made with Isobar Ukraine and looking forward to working on other special projects.

We wanted to build communication on Instagram and Facebook in such a way as to highlight the advantages of the brand among competitors, increase subscribers, and engage the audience

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose between several agencies on the basis of a tender, but settled on Isobar, as they won us over with their look and style of work.

After the beginning of our work, the team always stays in touch with our target audience. They are strategized but can be flexible if the circumstances change.

On a regular basis we work with the manager, the SMM team. I know that both the creative team and the PPC team are also working on our tasks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Based on story searches, we gain from 70% to 91% of organic indicators. All promo indicators are fulfilled monthly. High growth of subscribers from zero.

Our teams have found a common language and stay in touch. We have developed a schedule of reports and receive regular updates.

Commitment and attentiveness are just two of their valuable qualities that contribute to the success of cooperation.

At the moment we are satisfied with everything. If at some point you need to improve something, the team immediately suggests it.
