Iserv was created in 1995 as one of the first providers of residential internet service in the West Michigan area. Transitioning from residential customers only, Iserv has become an “As a Service” provider, building a team of engineers and support staff that focus on managing IaaS, BaaS, and DRaaS. Having partnered with Switch as the first managed services provider to deploy in their Grand Rapids facility, Iserv became the first and only West Michigan company to be added to the Switch Cloud ecosystem. To date, Iserv has served over 12,000 customers and growing. We focus on the return on investment of our client’s infrastructure. This means only essential costs are incurred and clients access a resource pool that ebbs and flows with their needs. This allows them to move towards a more consistent budget based on actual operating expenses as opposed to capital hardware expenditures that may never be fully utilized.
