Reuben from Iron Brand leads the end-to-end creative direction and execution for the agency’s visual identity and marketing assets. This includes the design and production of presentation materials, large-format physical media (including event banners and signage), and bespoke, fully integrated brand collateral across all touchpoints.

He was solely responsible for developing the agency’s core brand identity, including logo creation, colour palette development, and overarching visual guidelines. This foundational work now underpins all marketing outputs, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and high visual impact across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Reuben continues to apply and evolve the brand across all creative executions, maintaining a unified aesthetic and strategic alignment with the agency’s positioning and growth objectives.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered measurable impact across brand perception and business growth. Following the launch of the new identity, the agency strengthened brand recognition, improved engagement across marketing channels, and increased consistency across all external communications.

The cohesive branding directly supported successful award submissions, stronger event presence, and improved pitch materials, contributing to new client acquisition and long-term retention as the agency scaled to 50+ staff and 80+ active clients.

Reuben demonstrated strong, structured project management throughout the engagement. Clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables were established from the outset, and all key items, from brand development to large-scale creative assets, were delivered on time and to a high standard.

He was highly responsive to feedback and evolving requirements, adapting quickly to new briefs while maintaining brand integrity and consistency. Communication was proactive and solutions-focused, ensuring revisions were handled efficiently and that deadlines were consistently met, even under tight turnaround periods.
