We’ve seen first-round approval rates improve by roughly 20%–30%, with fewer revisions needed overall. Design iteration cycles have reduced by around 25%, and internal delivery time has improved by roughly 20% because the direction is clearer from the outset.

We don’t typically run structured client feedback scores for branding work, but we’ve seen consistent positive feedback during review stages and approvals. Clients are generally more aligned earlier in the process, which reduces revision rounds and speeds up sign-off.

From a quantitative point of view, most of the indicators come from internal tracking — things like improved first-round approval rates, fewer design iterations, and faster turnaround times. Alongside that, the consistency of positive client responses across multiple projects gives us confidence that the work is landing well externally, even without formal scoring.

This includes the design and production of presentation materials, large-format physical media (including event banners and signage), and bespoke, fully integrated brand collateral across all touchpoints.

He was solely responsible for developing the agency’s core brand identity, including logo creation, colour palette development, and overarching visual guidelines. This foundational work now underpins all marketing outputs, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and high visual impact across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Reuben continues to apply and evolve the brand across all creative executions, maintaining a unified aesthetic and strategic alignment with the agency’s positioning and growth objectives.

The project delivered measurable impact across brand perception and business growth. Following the launch of the new identity, the agency strengthened brand recognition, improved engagement across marketing channels, and increased consistency across all external communications.

The cohesive branding directly supported successful award submissions, stronger event presence, and improved pitch materials, contributing to new client acquisition and long-term retention as the agency scaled to 50+ staff and 80+ active clients.
