Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had a desire to create a web application that would enable digital capture and distribution of physical mail. Particular attention was paid to the data protection of the portal, whereby, for example, it should not be possible to access mail from companies other than your own. This was technically implemented through the use of login data and personalized user accounts. 

The portal has now been in operation successfully for a year, and customers are so impressed by its user-friendliness that they are considering having us develop an app. This should further improve the user experience and also contain some new features such as push notifications.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable successes of the project include increasing user acceptance with a growing user base and active use of the web application. Mail processing efficiency has improved significantly, resulting in time savings. The implemented data protection mechanism has minimized the number of unauthorized accesses. The high user satisfaction reflects the success of the application. 

App development is progressing according to plan, and downloads and active use of the app have already been promising. The project also achieved significant cost savings in mail processing, accompanied by a reduction in errors in this process. These measurable results are clear indicators of the project's progress and success.

The project management was extremely effective. Items delivered were always delivered on time and the team responded promptly to our needs. Communication between team members was smooth and regular status reports kept us updated. This contributed significantly to the successful implementation of the project and led to excellent collaboration with the project team.
