I’m the CEO of an information technology company that provides agentic virtual assistants.

What challenge were you trying to address with Iota Finance?

I hired Iota Finance to set up our accounting systems and get us investor-ready reports. We didn't know where to get started; it was just a mess of email receipts and investors breathing down my neck for reports on opex, run rate, etc.
We also needed help with cap table management and building out our internal finance function.

We work with three teammates from Iota Finance.

We found Iota Finance through a referral from a network I’m in. I chose them because they specialize in tech companies and crypto. I wasn’t able to find other accountants that knew what blockchain was.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Iota Finance has set up our books, and we now have monthly finance reports. Our investors are happy again. The reports include financial statements, and Iota Finance runs a couple of KPIs for us through a dashboard they built. We track run rate, churn, and OPEX, among other things.

How did Iota Finance perform from a project management standpoint?

Iota Finance’s project management is excellent. They’ve made my life easy with a white-glove and hands-off approach. Iota Finance’s communication and responsiveness are also great; I love the portal.

They aren’t cheap, but I’ve had no regrets.
