We use headhunt service of Invest Talent when we are looking for position Local Marketing Manager in Vietnam to Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during the new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.

I emailed them to share our recruitment need. After that, they responded via email, they sent me information about recruitment fees and warranty policy, I found it quite reasonable, so I set up a meeting to discuss job details. Then my boss agreed to let them recruit with the commitment to send us your CV within 7 working days. They sent to us 3 CVs and We have selected 2 suitable candidates for interview and selected a suitable candidate from them.

For faster recruiment, we ordered Invest Talent for multi-positions as Fullstack Developer, Backend Developer, UI/UX Design, Tester, and Scrum Master for our project, all are urgent cases ordered by our internal Hiring Manager.

They was reaching us after founding our recruitment post on social platform, then consulting us about their service and what they can bring us. After meeting and checking their experiences and projects we choose Invest Talent as our recruitment partner.

They kicked-off meeting to summarize our hiring demands, requirements, the Hiring Manager's expectations. They detailed on finding what we really want and expect. Then sending us reference candidates, as well as follow our feedback to generate our needs for better results. Normally they sent us 3 - 5 profiles per week to screen and supported us to set up interview with qualified candidates.

We got more candidates to interview and fulfil our need quicker as well as brand awareness. We are working the final stage of our project and it is expected to be launched in the 3rd quarter of 2023

We had weekly sump-up with their Account Manager, they are quick response and support us, immediately or within 5-10 minutes. They using multi-communication tools to take care customers. We communicate via email and Zalo (as I know they are able to support via WhatsApp, Wechat, Line, Skype, Slack depends on their customers requirement).

They are not a big brand name on recruitment market, however they are very professional working style. So I hope they can improve their brand awareness.

I-Talent conducts recruitment for senior/manager level. One of our services is staffing resources, we hire people and manage them to work for a client. Currently, Vietnam’s HR are developing a lot in terms of qualifications and capabilities. This meets all the needs of large companies, especially foreign companies that require a high level of expertise and English proficiency.
