Completion of the components that they were contracted for, and achieving milestones that we agreed to.

The overall project took longer than originally expected due to additional complexities that were unforeseen. We were able to work together on this though and got the project done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Reasonable cost, the entrepreneurial spirit of the InventorNest team, and a willingness to lean into a unique and challenging project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inventornest Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

The only real concern I had was that at one point it felt like my project team got distracted with other projects. I think being clear on the front end that the team would be working on other projects, and that other project deadlines could impact my project is the only way around that. 

Also, there were some miscommunications around some of the components that ended up impacting the end product size negatively. I suppose this is the nature of trying to do remote business over WhatsApp and Zoom. I can also take some blame in not communicating as clearly as I could have. 

Overall though, I think the Inventornest team on the whole did what I asked of them.
