Maxifier is advertising optimization tool, it helps media companies, agencies and brands deliver better campaigns and more effective marketing. I work at Maxifier since 2011, current position is Head of Development.
For what projects/services did your company hire Inventale, and what were your goals?
One of Maxifier customers interested in new type of optimization, we need to optimize price floors of their inventory. As Inventale specifies on inventory optimization, we hired them to help. Goals are following:
- analysis of customer data
- research the ways of optimization, manual test of hypothesis with the customer
- development the proved decision.
How did you select Inventale and what were the deciding factors?
We are long-term partners with Inventale and their reliability and professionalism are not in dispute.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Steps were done:
- analysis of current inventory settings of customer
- advice optimization ways and options
- testing hypothesis with the customer.
Currently after few tests were done we've found optimization settings with a good results. Development is the next phase.

2 lead data science engineers work on the feature at Inventale.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Feature is in progress now, but speaking about measurable outcomes we have up to 20% increased revenue for customer on the testing scope.

We use Slack and Trello to communicate and manage tasks. Inventale engineers are very responsible persons with high professional skills. As we have 3 sides to communicate - Maxifier, customer, Inventale - we make a calls by request from any side depends on questions are getting up.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Inventale kindly share their knowledges, they are always ready to answer any our question and to help. There was no one case of conflict with Inventale team for a whole time we work together.
