INtwoIT Executive Coaching & Consulting was founded by Yael Blum in 2003 with a mission to develop outstanding business and community leaders. Integral to this objective is an adherence to the principles of creativity, collaboration and bottom line results.
INtwoIT Executive Coaching & Consulting is powered by systems thinking and appreciative change processes. Whether coaching or consulting, the first discovery point is clarity about the outcomes you want to achieve. Typically about 75% of all change initiatives fail. This is due, in part, to fragmented approaches, a failure to understand the natural cycle of change, and an over- or under-emphasis of cultural attunement and economic alignment.
INtwoIT Executive Coaching & Consulting view individuals and organizations as complete systems whose characteristics are influenced by the environment in which they exist. By exploring the delicate intricacies of interdependence, clients are better equipped to implement positive changes for themselves and the organizations they serve.
