Intrepide grew out of a decade of building software in healthcare, from medical speech recognition to electronic health records, and now builds AI platforms for real estate, lending, construction and sales teams. We're a senior, fully remote team of engineers, project managers and QA, led from Atlanta. We run our own company on the software we build, so we only ship what we'd use ourselves. Our belief: AI should amplify human ingenuity. Agents do the work; people approve it.

Before we build, we agree with you on the outcome that matters, such as hours saved, faster responses, fewer errors or more deals worked, and how we'll measure it. After launch we track it together. Our agents report every action they took and what it cost, so the return is visible instead of assumed.

You get a named project manager, a shared Slack or Teams channel, and a demo of working software every week, followed by a short written update covering progress, risks and next steps. You see the work as it happens, not at the end, and you can steer it while it's being built.

Company knowledge bases your whole team can ask, AI agents for real roles (sales, support, bookkeeping, recruiting, operations), private AI on your own hardware, and custom AI-native platforms for established companies. We're strongest in healthcare, real estate and lending, construction, legal and sales-heavy teams. Pilots start around $10,000; full platforms and ongoing support retainers are larger.

Yes. We connect to what you already run, including email, Slack or Teams, your CRM, help desk, files, accounting and databases, instead of asking your team to switch. We use OpenAI, Anthropic or Google models in the cloud, or open models on your own hardware when data can't leave your environment. Your data is never used to train anyone else's model.

Our agents are review-first by default: they do the work, and a person approves anything important, like contacting customers, moving money or deleting data. Every step is logged with what it cost, agents get their own scoped access instead of borrowing a person's login, and anything outside their guardrails goes to a human approval queue. Every agent ships with a test set, and launch is a gate, not a date.
