Cole runs a small agency that can tailor services according to your needs. Our Google NFP grant was difficult to navigate, but he/they figured it out. I didn't have time, at times, to improve analytics tracking via Google Tag Manager; he/they went in and did it.

Stakeholder management was occasionally subpar; largely just soft skills that need exercising.

Since I started working with InterTeam, I have seen a substantial increase in referrals from Realtors in other states, increased interaction with my MLS search platform, and greater online engagement overall.

Everyone at InterTeam has been professional and communicative and shows excellent attention to detail. I couldn't be happier. I was extremely busy at the time we were working on our site and they stuck with it to the end and delivered a great product. The owner is very hands on and communicated with me personally, in order to make sure that the project turned out exactly as I had hoped. We needed an agency to run and optimize our Google Ads. We needed a solid strategy to reach our idea clients and we wanted to see a lot of reporting to make sure the camping is bringing results. The key deliverables were: Average Cost Per Click, Click Through Rate and Cost Per Acquisition.

• The measurable outcomes were the reduction of Cost Per Click as the campaign was going on. Also, the quality of the leads we were getting kept getting better and better and they were optimizing the campaign. Lastly, the ROAS was positive which made sense to keep going with the campaign because the results are good.

Reports and projects were delivered on time. We had weekly calls to go over the campaign, and we made tweaks bi-weekly. On top of that, we had a monthly report.

It started with the best sales pitch I have ever got. Knowledgable, thoughtful, and most importantly it was about us and our company - not just a templated deck. InterTeam has proven to be a true partner. They have helped our (PropTech) Saas company optimize, compete, and succeed in a very crowded space. They always strive for improvement with our campaigns, leaving no stone unturned in order to deliver the best results.
