Launched in 2013, our product is a feature-rich solution but had not kept pace on the UX/UI front. The project was to first audit exactly where things were at and make some initial recommendations for improvement. On the basis of this initial review we engaged on a specific project to completely reimagine the mobile experience from the ground up. This involved re-thinking and re-designing every aspect of the process to better match the requirement of the user.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The initial audit hightlighted a number of areas that we were able to immediately see room for improvement to action and ways to approach the main project. The end result of the project was an outstanding mobile experience that has the full support of the whole company and a level of detail in the design materials which mean the implementation from a technical perspective is straightforward and clear.

They have been responsive and a pleasure to deal with at all times! We have set clear timeframes and these have been met on each occasion. It is very enjoyable and productive to work in a no fuss manner focused on getting a great result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to understand the requirements of the customer in very quick time and design unique and clean experiences. They're very responsive to feedback and always oriented towards getting an outstanding result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Intent UX could have done differently?

We initially had some minor difficulties finding the best communication channel but they were flexible in using our preferred method so this was resolved as an issue promptly.

Redesigning the entire tenant portal. New dashboard, payment workflow, mainrtenance requests, amenity bookings, insurance, documents etc. The goal was to keep the functionality but make it cleaner, simpler and a better user experience.
