Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The payment gateway project had a fairly tight timeline, so the Intelexity team was tasked with quickly creating a quality system. 

First, the team prepared the project architecture with the Advascale team's architect. This was followed by the stages of work planning, preparation, and approval of the design project with the client, obtaining access to banking APIs, connecting to the cryptocurrency exchange API, parallel front-end and back-end development, integration testing, and pre-release. The Intelexity team also actively prepared project documentation and transferred the infrastructure to the client.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the participation of the Intelexity team, the payment gateway fully satisfied the client. As a result of the project, the marketplace conducts 10,000 transactions a day in three possible options:

• Bank cards
• Cryptocurrency
• Installment plans

This number is constantly growing.

Based on our extensive experience, we would especially like to highlight the quality of communication and workflow in our partnership with Intelexity. The entire project was conducted using Scrum, and both teams were unanimous in choosing this format. The team worked cohesively and adhered to (and sometimes even exceeded) the designated timelines. Additionally, they were flexible in responding to adjustments from the client throughout the project.
