Integris (formerly TechMD) is providing ongoing IT support for a residential plumbing company. The team manages the client’s entire security and IT infrastructure, resolving all issues as well as mitigating potential problems.
Since partnering with Integris (formerly TechMD), the client has experienced 100% system uptime. The team largely stays on task, responding promptly to tickets and implementing fixes within the set timeframe.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the controller for a residential plumbing company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with TechMD?
Our previous provider was completely unresponsive and left us to navigate a whole host of issues with our IT infrastructure. I have zero understanding of how the whole thing works, so we partnered with TechMD to help us fix and stay ahead of those technical issues.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Upon our onboarding, TechMD updated and fixed a few things on our system. They set up our firewall and now mostly provide support offsite. When we needed them to, though, they come to our office to manage our IT infrastructure.
What is the team composition?
TechMD has a team that responds to the tickets that we submit, and so far we’ve worked with around 10 people. We also have an account manager to who we can reach out.
How did you come to work with TechMD?
Some years ago, TechMD stopped by our office, since we work right down the street from them. At the time, we weren’t ready to switch providers since it was a big task. When we were finally ready, though, we decided to reach out to them again.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership began in February 2022 and it is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
TechMD’s response time is excellent and ten times faster than that of our previous provider. We’ve been 100% operational since switching to them, and we haven’t had any complaints since.
How did TechMD perform from a project management standpoint?
They communicate, meet deadlines, and stay within budget really well. They assign specific team members to each project, and these people are good at staying on task. We mostly communicate via Microsoft Teams, email, and their ticketing system.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve been most impressed with their widely positive reviews. When I was searching for providers and asking around for referrals, virtually no one is happy with their IT company. Seeing that TechMD actually has good reviews made me take a chance on them, and I’ve been pretty happy with that decision so far.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they’ve met my standards.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re a very communicative team, so it will help for you to be communicative on your end as well. Also, be mindful of when you intend to start your partnership. When we engaged TechMD, it was right around the end of our fiscal year, so it was pretty strained initially. We weren’t able to kick off as smoothly as I would’ve liked.

Integris is our exclusive IT vendor, providing on- and off-site services. Their team handles all of our product licensing and renewals and software maintenance for our machines and security systems. Integris also manages all new IT projects. We’ve had 2–3 overhauls to update our computers and compliance security throughout our partnership. They’ve also provided several recommendations for web design agencies.

We work with 5–6 teammates from Integris, including sales and renewals teammates, and a team staffs the help desk.
How did you come to work with Integris?
Stephen (Regional Director of Sales) contacted us to start a partnership.
How much have you invested with them?
We invest around $150,000 a year with Integris.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership with Integris began in April 2015, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been impressed with how well Integris handles our IT needs — they do a great job, and my entire company appreciates their work. Integris’ team is straightforward and transparent about their work and what they can deliver for us.
How did Integris perform from a project management standpoint?
Generally, Integris meets our deadlines, although sometimes we have to wait on assistance from their managed services team. We use a ticketing system to convey IT issues and communicate through emails and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Integris’ team really makes us feel like we’re a top priority for them — they make us feel important.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Integris’ team is currently expanding, which will address some of our biggest challenges, so I have nothing for Integris to improve now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d advise customers to be transparent about expectations and their desired level of service from Integris. If those aren't possible from Integris’ perspective, they’re transparent enough to convey that information.

Integris is the network provider for a healthcare organization. They provide connectivity and other internet services for the client’s facilities. Also, they offer technical support for any issue.
The client is exceedingly satisfied with Integris’ excellent service. They stand out for their personality and personability. They use a ticketing system to address issues, and the team is very responsive — they react quickly to issues, provide great feedback, and communicate effectively via email.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the network manager for a healthcare organization. We serve the upper Midwest of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. I manage all of the network equipment, staff, and internet circuits.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Integris?
The primary challenge was to have solid, reliable connectivity for all of our facilities. Many of these facilities are 24-hour emergent care facilities that require 24-hour enterprise connectivity.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Integris is our network provider. They also provide some internet services, including reliable private connectivity to all facilities with high expected uptime. They offer technical support, which we can call whenever we have a question or service issue.
What is the team composition?
From sales and down to the support side, we’ve spoken with 10–20 people. We work with an account representative, and the department that services us consists of a director and a few other management staff outside of sales.
How did you come to work with Integris?
The people I worked with were from a company that Integris acquired. They were local and well-known within our IT community. I decided to approach them because I’d been friends with many of them for a long time. I knew their service was great and that I could talk to them to get what I needed. We were both local and growing companies, so it just made sense.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them around January 2018, and it’s an ongoing engagement.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
If our connectivity is down, the hospital goes into diverting mode, which means they won’t accept trauma patients. Therefore, we don’t serve as many patients, so we stop making money. Fortunately, we don’t see that impact because Integris delivers an exceptional service.
In general, the sales process is fantastic. They deliver what we need at a competitive price.
How did Integris perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very responsive. When issues occur, the response times are phenomenal. We have a person on the phone in a matter of minutes. Anytime we need an escalation or something isn’t resolved in time, we can go up the chain quickly and comfortably to get excellent feedback from them.
Integris has a ticketing system. If they see something go down and we don’t notice it, they generate a ticket and send it to us. The ticketing system automatically generates communication, and when we respond, it updates the ticket. We generally communicate with them through that or via texting somebody.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their personality and personability are their strongest points. We can get a friend on the phone in short order.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d say no, not at this time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure your needs are clear and that their solutions are aligned with your business needs from the beginning. Moreover, give them a chance to throw their hat in the ring; they’re great.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a law firm with 14 offices nationwide. I’m the IT manager of the firm and a jack of all trades systems engineer. I’m in charge of technical support, ordering equipment, planning and building servers, etc.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Integris?
They’ve become our go-to IT partner over the last three years or so.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They host all of our virtual servers and run a VDI environment. Our whole business is on their hardware. We use them for all our VM consulting, hardware ordering, and more. One of our largest projects was an information security solution.
What is the team composition?
It’s perfect. There’s a group of 6–8 people we work with on a regular basis.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent several hundreds of thousands of dollars with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since February 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re very good. We’ve run several large projects with them: VDI horizon rollouts, SD-WAN rollouts, bringing multiple circuits into 14 offices. When we do the projects with them, they give us access to the top person who can make things happen. We don’t have to go through multiple levels to get to someone who can make something happen. This has greatly helped us. If something doesn’t go as planned, then they always hop in and fix the situation.
How did Integris perform from a project management standpoint?
We talk multiple times per month, and it’s almost always the same group of people. They’re a very large company, and one of the parts we like most about them is that we have our own core group we work with. I don’t know if every client gets a dedicated team, but it’s worked very well for us to have one. I know who to go to based on what topic the question is about. They’re top-notch. We rely on them and trust them with our business. We’re in good hands.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We can get in touch with them when we need to. It’s not like working with Microsoft where you have to wait a couple of hours to get help. I have the personal email addresses and cell phone numbers of the people I need to reach when something bad happens. I generally don’t do this, as people tend to abuse that access, but I’ve had to reach out to them at 1 am and they’ve responded. They know something bad is happening if I do this.
The fact that they can make all the work happen stands out. They’re very knowledgeable in the places we’ve used them. They have top-notch people. I would rather they have resources who can get things done than be the top experts across the whole field. I don’t need the smartest Exchange administrator in the company. I need the person that can accomplish my goal.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I sound like a broken record, but they do everything. There isn’t anything I’ve been disappointed about off the top of my head. They always come through.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re one of our most trusted partners. We trust our 14-office, nationwide business with them and they’ve never led us astray. If someone doesn’t know something, they know who to reach out to to find the answer. Everyone I work with is great. I’ve become friendly with them outside the office. They’re Minnesota-nice.

Integris helped move the servers of an engineering company to a data center. Currently, they manage the center, providing solutions for backups, updates, and network support on an ongoing basis.
The systems set up by Integris were instrumental in helping the client establish remote operations quickly once the pandemic started. Additionally, their solutions are helpful and easy to use, facilitating the client’s operations. The team is reliable, knowledgeable, and very understanding.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the IT manager of an engineering company focused on building construction, design, management, and energy efficiency. We’re a 230-employee company primarily working for K-12 school districts. Recently, we merged with a larger Blackstone company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Integris?
A few years ago, we went through a series of growth mergers and acquisitions, so we found ourselves with multiple on-premise servers and domains, as well as with a very fractured network that lacked security. Thus, we looked for a vendor that could provide us with data center services and network support so that we could focus on our day-to-day operations to grow our company without worrying about our network.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Integris has helped us take all of our on-premise servers and move them to a data center that they manage. Essentially, we’re renting equipment from them. As part of our agreement, they will automatically update our system every few years as needed so that we don’t have to worry about it.
Additionally, Integris helps us with our backups. We don’t have a managed services agreement per se, but we have a virtual machine server that provides backup support. We run our backups through the server on the data center, and if we have any issues, Integris has easy access to the server to help us sort them out. It is up to me to monitor and ensure that the backups are running, but if they’re not, I just call them to get them fixed quickly.
Integris also provides us with ConnectWise, a tool that we use to access our endpoints and provide helpdesk support remotely. We also use it to extract data, monitor the system’s health, and perform software installations, among other things of that nature.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with three people from Integris on different projects over the past few years, including Michael (Sales Consultant), Troy (System Engineer), and a cloud services architect. I’ve also interacted with their network services helpdesk.
How did you come to work with Integris?
I found them through my sister. I had been recently promoted to IT manager, and I was figuring out a way to deal with our current network and servers. We then started investigating and talking to different companies, including a couple based in Fargo, North Dakota, and another one in Duluth, Minnesota.
Over Thanksgiving, I talked to my sister about our challenges, and she recommended meeting with Michael. I called him, and we ended up having a few coffees together. Then, I got a proposal from Integris, which at the time was called CompuDyne.
We ended up going with them due to the comfortable relationship I established with Michael and everyone else in the company, including their former CEO. Talking with them felt like talking with friends; I could ask them questions without feeling judged, no matter how simple they were. Overall, they were very easy to collaborate with and had easy access to resources, and their cost was in line with what we were looking for.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $500,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
My predecessor started conversations with them around February 2018, and I rekindled the conversation in April 2019, after being promoted to IT manager. Then, the first server movement happened in August 2019. By early 2020, all of our primary servers had been moved up to the data center. To this date, our engagement is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It was very fortunate for us to have our servers hosted in the data center before the pandemic. Thanks to the infrastructure and VPN access that Integris put together, we were able to move all of our people to their homes, including designers and technicians using Autodesk products, within 24 hours once the pandemic hit. We had very little business disruption, and their support helped ease the transition.
On the other hand, ConnectWise almost replaces an employee because it makes it very efficient to provide support to our end users. It is so helpful that I’ve expanded its usage to our building information modeling managers to provide support to our engineering staff. They’ve found it very easy to use.
When we were evaluating our options between replacing our servers and going to the cloud, we did the math and realized that going to the cloud would be much more expensive. Going to a data center made more sense, and so far, the lower cost has also been beneficial for our company.
How did Integris perform from a project management standpoint?
I would rate Integris’ project management 9.5/10; they’ve done a phenomenal job. They’re very reliable, and their staff is very knowledgeable. We communicate via email and set up Teams calls to coordinate. Whenever we have a project ongoing, we set up weekly calls to keep updated and keep the project moving forward.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Integris excels at establishing relationships with their clients. When talking to other vendors, it is disappointing to feel like they’re trying to sell me something. However, Integris doesn’t sound like they’re trying to sell; instead, they want to provide solutions.
Obviously, Integris’ service is ultimately a business model, but if they offer something we don’t need, they don’t try to sell it. On the other hand, if they offer something that might help our business, they recommend it, but leave it up to us to decide. This approach really sets them apart from other providers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would have been great if Integris had grown to a larger, nationwide presence six months earlier than they did. After our recent merger, we sent an RFP for a third-party helpdesk. Integris provided a proposal, but at the time, they didn’t make the final cut, which was disappointing. Eventually, we will be absorbed by this larger corporation as we consolidate services, and we will stop working with them. If they had been a more established company earlier, they would still have had a chance in the competition.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be honest, offer open communication, and set your expectations early on. Integris will match your expectations.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Founded in 1970, we are one of America’s most experienced sponsors of net lease commercial property income Funds and DSTs. We bring decades of professional expertise to the acquisition and management of net leased property investment opportunities.
I am the PC / Network Administrator.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Integris?
We hired them for IT consulting and services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
In terms of ongoing manage services, Integris supplied a help desk that we can reach out to with issues. They also monitor our computers, servers, and network pieces to ensure everything is running. If there are any alerts, they will look into them and come up with a solution.
They’ve also purchased most of our network hardware, though they don’t’ have any involvement in our personal hardware like desktops and laptops. They also push through updates and patches, and manage some of our licenses and renewals.. Some of their work is remote and some of it happens on site.
Regarding security, Integris handles all of our backups, end point detection to identify malware on computers, web security for internet browsers, and website maintenance. Finally, they handle our multi-factor authentication through Duo and our firewalls.
What is the team composition?
We work directly with around three people on the help desk at any given time, but they can change and new people can be assigned as needed, like specialists.
There are around three dedicated people that we work with for account management, and then we have individual project managers assigned.
How did you come to work with Integris?
They were already on onboard when I entered this role.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since February 2014. It began with a small range of services but has expanded throughout the decade.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our uptime has increased. They are good at addressing technical issues. They let us know whenever anything needs to be done - hardware upgraded, new services are available, etc.
How did Integris perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a quarterly meeting where they go over what needs to be done, and at the beginning of the year, we look at upcoming projects and scheduling things. Integris is good at monitoring everything going on, which means I don’t have to. They’re also very good at sticking to budget. We communicate over email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate that the team of people we work with from Integris is small enough that we can get to know them and build an actual relationship with them. They’re willing to work with us to ensure our needs are met. It’s a very direct relationship.
They’re also good about recommending new services and telling us what needs to be done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They are typically very responsive, but at times there could be improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
We haven’t felt the need to look elsewhere, but there are a lot of companies out there. Whenever you’re choosing a vendor, compare their services and the companies you’re considering and make sure Integris is the right fit.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm an accountant at Marina Plastic Surgery.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with TechMD?
Our biggest challenge was improving our cybersecurity systems.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
TechMD is currently upgrading our entire cybersecurity system. The team first took a look at how our previous IT partner set up our systems. Then, TechMD made recommendations on improving our security measures and how to apply these measures correctly.
The TechMD team is still implementing various security solutions using the existing technology we were already using. They also provide other IT services, like helping us increase our internet speed.
They've come into our office a few times for things like hardware upgrades, but most of TechMD's work is done remotely. On the side, they also frequently recommend vendors who can solve our other issues.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact is Angelique (Project Coordinator), who handles the scheduling, and Shaun (Virtual CIO). We've also interacted with several technicians.
During onboarding, we also worked with David (Proactive Services Manager), who walked us through the process and introduced us to the team assigned to the project.
How did you come to work with TechMD?
One of our doctors asked around, and someone recommended TechMF. We read some reviews, interviewed them, and decided they were the best fit for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent about $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in September 2021, and it's ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It's been a good experience so far. The main thing we're grateful for is how the team has kept us in the loop about the state of our IT processes.
Our previous IT provider kept us in the dark, so we weren't aware of whether or not our systems were healthy. Meanwhile, TechMD has been very upfront and open about what's going on and what they could do to fix it.
How did TechMD perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is excellent — they're very open and honest. The team walks us through each step and constantly updates us on their progress. Additionally, if we have questions, they do a fantastic job of explaining technical terms.
We typically submit issues using tickets, and the technicians have done a great job being responsive. The team usually calls back within two hours or even sooner if it's an urgent matter.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We're most impressed with their responsiveness. Whenever we have an issue, they quickly come up with a solution. The team has never made us wait; we've never had any outstanding tickets that have been pending for too long.
Overall, TechMD has been amazing — we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with them. Their monthly fees are very reasonable, and we're more than happy to pay for their outstanding work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have any complaints — TechMD is a great team.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend working with them because they genuinely care about their clients. The team is very helpful, which is the best thing you can ask for from a partner.

Integris (formerly TechMD) provides IT services for an asset management firm. Their services involves designing projects related to the transition to new service providers.
What might have been an otherwise challenging e-mail transition became easier than expected. Integris (formerly TechMD) manages everything in a remote environment while remaining patient and diligent throughout the partnership. They are also willing to manage complex tech requirements in a unique way.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a partner in and the Chief Investment Officer of an asset management firm.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire TechMD?
The sensitivity of the information that we retain for our clients demands that we maintain a level of technology platform sophistication and security that few, if any, firms our size could develop and sustain in-house. We looked to TechMD to establish the proper foundation for our technology program, while ensuring that we continue to improve upon that base as threat-protection, client engagement and regulatory requirements evolve.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
It was no easy task finding a provider that could meet our primary project requirements (design and support a transition to Microsoft 365, establish and maintain a cloud-based document management system), while also serving an ongoing role as a comprehensive outsource IT partner. TechMD handily met these and a number of other requirements that placed their team and capabilities firmly above the other competitors.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
The first phase of the project involved a transition from multiple electronic communications services providers, as well as varied archival providers and processes. The second stage (ongoing) involves determining an information security solution suitable for a predominantly mobile device-oriented operating environment. TechMD design the projects related to and manages the execution of the transition to new service providers, while continuing to investigate potential solutions to not-yet-resolved challenges.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked (directly) with one business development manager, one team manager, two project managers, at least six implementation specialists.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
What might have been an otherwise impossibly challenging e-mail transition proceeded more smoothly than we had expected. And the switch to cloud-based document management was near instant and entirely successful. Where unexpected issues arise, the entire TechMD team is prompt in their diagnoses and resolutions.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Still almost entirely virtual, our projects demanded many odd-hour efforts. The TechMD team managed the challenges of remote management and delivery, while remaining patient and diligent against the trials of evening and weekend communications and project execution that such transitions commonly require.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Most firms with whom we spoke prior to engaging TechMD offer far more limited services or otherwise suggested our project requirements were insufficiently complex, large or comprehensive to fit their client profile. TechMD’s willingness to manage our firm’s complex technology requirements set them apart from others we reviewed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Given the various sub-projects in process at any moment, it was not always clear to us with whom we should be working on any specific issue. Even so, everyone on their team was quick to redirect such issues to the individual(s) more appropriate to the task.

Angelique is great at settling realistic timelines for tasks and following up to ensure things stay on track. Additionally, Shaun reviews the project with us roughly every six months.
We primarily communicate via email and phone, with occasional in-person interaction for specific projects. Depending on the urgency, TechMD responds within a couple of hours when we call them about an issue that needs attention.

They're professional and reliable. TechMD possesses outstanding technical prowess and always suggests the best possible solution.

A law firm needed a partner that could provide IT services that were critical to their ability to communicate with clients. They partnered with Integris (formerly TechMD) to provide the expertise they needed for the project.
The company has been working with the Integris (formerly TechMD) team for six years now and the team has helped them in every aspect of IT. Most recently the team helped the company transition to a cloud-based IT solution and worked round the clock to ensure that the system worked as expected.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the owner and chief executive officer of a boutique law firm.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire TechMD?
Our IT services are critical to our ability to conduct our business and communicate with clients. I was introduced to TechMD about six years ago through a local networking group. Since then, they have helped us with all aspects of our IT, and most recently a complete migration tot he cloud and conversion to SharePoint.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had experiences with a few different outsourced IT providers before selecting TechMD, and I was looking for a group that was easy to work with for a small business that is not "tech savvy", but robust enough to keep up with the most challenging IT issues, confidentiality requirements and threats that all companies face today.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
TehMD has, from the start, helped us with monitoring and maintaining all of our IT equipment, and providing recommendations on IT strategy with respect to security, functionality and procurement. During the pandemic, while everyone was working remotely. it was decided to undertake a migration to the cloud.
Tech MD reviewed every aspect of this change with us, and helped each person at our firm successfully to make the conversion to the SharePoint system which they put us on.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with a number of Tech MD personnel, from the President of the company through multiple technicians and account representatives. probably 4 to 5 different of its people were involved during and after the project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Moving from a physical to a cloud-based IT solution was a very scary thing for us, but Tech MD worked "around the clock" to ensure that the system worked correctly, and each of us could access and use our data on the new system. We could not have made it through the full migration without the attention and assistance that we received from TechMD, and which we have come to know and appreciate over the past several years.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Tech MD staff communicated daily with us through this process, communicating by e-mail, text and phone as necessary to ensure that nobody was left out in the cold after the migration. They truly pay attention to customer needs and concerns, and address them quickly and effectively whenever they arise.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The level of personal dedication which every technician displays in working with us is truly remarkable. People will follow up on their own, after hours, to make certain that whatever issue was being worked on has been fully addressed, and to help keep our people online and working night and day, as necessary.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There is really nothing more we could ask for, in terms of the working relationship we have with Tech MD. Of all of the vendor relationships that we have, none has turned into such a true partnership, where we know without fail that if we experience an actual or potential problem with our IT, they are there to help us avoid it, or recover from it as quickly as possible.
