We contracted Integria services to fill 2-3 consultant positions within our firm in 2022. The market at the time was incredibly competitive and we wanted to collaborate with an external partner to support our sourcing and recruitment initiatives. 

We were in a period of high growth and finding the right partner was key to our success. We were looking for consultants with Human Resources, Organizational Development and Compensation profiles to join our team. In total, we ended up filing 6 positions over the course of just over a year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through our collaboration with Clara, we were able to screen multiple candidates that fit our needs, interview the selected candidates and then proceed with offers. Success is that the candidates we hired are for the most part still with us and enjoying success in our firm! Although our initial aim was to hire 2-3 candidates, we ended up renewing our mandate with Integria and hiring a few more candidates.

The Integria team is incredibly diligent and their follow ups are relevant, timely and consistent which ensures we can maintain momentum. This was especially important in the market context we were in when using Integria's services. The Integria team is also very flexible and adjusted their approach based on our input and feedback (adjusting candidate profiles, search guidelines, etc.)

The values fit with our organization and their highly professional approach. The Integria team is incredibly focused and we knew that our project was valued and important. The collaboration was seamless and effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Integria Consulting could have done differently?

Nothing to say! As I mentioned previously, any adjusted made during the course of the project was to ensure we were sourcing the right candidate profiles for our needs. This was a natural adjustment process.

Being presented with good candidates that fit our requirements, being accompanied in the hiring process and ultimately making a hire.

Integria was amazing at going through the process with us. They had a very detailed intake process to really understand our needs. They asked the right questions, probed and challenged where necessary, and presented their challenges along the way. We met on a weekly basis to review how the search was going and discuss potential candidates. They were quick to provide follow-up and request feedback from us. 

Ultimately, the second candidate that they presented is the person we hired. They then also completed background checks, personality assessments, etc. The process was much quicker than anticipated and it was a true pleasure to collaborate with them on this project.

Their project management was exceptional from the start, as they were willing to engage early on, even when my ideas were still forming. They seamlessly pivoted with us as the project evolved, demonstrating remarkable adaptability. Their responsiveness and proactive approach ensured that items were consistently delivered on time. 

Notably, they surpassed our expectations in client management, taking ownership of the process and providing invaluable assistance in navigating internal stakeholders, including VP and C-Suite members. Additionally, they adeptly adjusted their communication methods, using texts during crunch times to ensure efficient collaboration. Overall, their commitment to excellence and flexibility made them invaluable partners, enabling us to achieve our goals effectively.

They are a true partner. Not only did they fulfill my recruitment needs, but they also opened up their network to support me in areas beyond their scope. One aspect I truly appreciate about working with Integria is their integrity. If something seems amiss or no longer sensible, they have the courage and integrity to address it so we can collectively do what's right. Additionally, I work quickly, but keeping pace with these professionals demands stamina.

Nope.
