We’ve seen an improvement in terms of lead conversion, and they’ve helped us save a lot of time.

How did Integrate perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a four out of five in this regard. We use Smartsheet as our project management tool. For communication, we connect via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team really wants to do what’s best for their customers. They also have a unique product and are very open to feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

They can be more consistent and improve their global communication.
