Greater proactive visibility into available consultants, upcoming competencies, and capacity would help us identify potential matches earlier and respond even faster when new client opportunities arise.A lightweight shared process for tracking requirements, available resources, submitted profiles, feedback, and next steps could also become valuable as the volume of opportunities increases. We see this primarily as a natural scaling improvement rather than a concern with the collaboration itself.
