Grounded in more than 6 decades of research of talents, strengths and success, the CliftonStrengths assessment is a tool that I use to help people discover the source of their natural talents.
The assessment measures the prevalence of 34 natural talents in each individual and is the starting point of our Strengths-based discussions.
