I’m the marketing manager of a luxury apartment complex.

What challenge were you trying to address with INSPREE?

We were looking for someone to rebuild our website to make it easier for our customers to engage with us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INSPREE rebuilt and redesigned our website from scratch with the goal of making it more accessible and user-friendly.

Apart from that, they also did a bit of branding, specifically designing our logo.

Our main point of contact was David (Project Manager & Senior Graphic Designer).

My company was already in partnership with them by the time I joined the company.

This project ran from December 2019–March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We reached our goal in terms of having a better layout for the website that accurately depicts our buildings, units, and the services we offer.

How did INSPREE perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management perspective, as they were able to respond and resolve any changes that I needed with agility.

We mainly interacted through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with their quickness to get everything done correctly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We eventually outgrew the feel of the website, so it would’ve been much better if we engaged them a little bit later for a more modern design.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to tell them exactly what your vision is for the website and provide as much content as you can.
