Web-based custom solutions we’ve delivered for clients include a bookstore inventory system, a fully-integrated mail order and web store system, and a full-featured school check-in/check-out system with integrated background checks. Early solutions were based on the tools available at the time including Apache and CGI requests to a C++ server. Over time, we’ve migrated our development to full-stack tools including JavaScript and Node.js. This gives us excellent perspective into the needs of clients with legacy codebases who are investigating adopting current mainstream platforms such as Node.js.
