• Professionalize online marketing approach and create a fitting omnichannel marketing mix. 
• Improve traffic to Breda location and slow moving locations/ periods. Underperforming location performance. 
• Trying to identify most impactful issues at each location and solve them asap. 
• Looking to location, Personel and Process issues.

• We need to create awareness of the importance of (online) marketing for the whole organization.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Web Dev Team worked first on optimizing the Website to improve speed and search engine positioning. We start with an initial audit of the site and we continued optimizations and deliver monthly reports with the actions taken in terms of errors, warnings signals that are currently affecting your main online channel. Creating of customizations according to the year plan. 

Added Tools: Growth Hacking Tools such as Usability, Hotjar, Sparktoro as well as the knowledge in C and C++ to adapt in any other coding language if needed. Consulting Services: Web Dev, Tracking Setup, Branding, Monitoring Software tools with a daily contact on Slack. Juan C is based in Amsterdam, and could take part of Onsite Marketing / PR Activities or Events in Europe. 

Elevated Gamestate in comparison with direct competitors on the market in terms of positioning and visibility in the search engines (primary Google) by using Cluster SEO related Content. Raised the page´s Authority Score, we will perform regular backlink analysis and create several Free OFF-Page strategies to put the brand in front of more people. Matched all your assets in design. 

Connected with loyal customers and express your company values. Delivered a Branding manual to give direction of types, photography style, colors, palette of combinations, etc.

They are creating a couple of new websites for us, one is already launched. Also they help us with SEO and social media.

For every new website we first have a meeting, we receive a planning with the steps and timeframe. We get daily updates as requested. The new Wordpress website was launched for us last year already www.kalejakhals.nl Now we are doing the same for a couple of new websites and social media channels, including an Instagram shop and a Shopify webshop.

I have one contact person that is working with a small team on all our projects.

Since I always have one and the same Project Manager, the communication is very fast and personal. Timelines are clear and short.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For the first project our deadline was extremely tight, but they made it. They did a lot more work for us than we originally agreed. Their prices are very compattible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This was my best experience untill now and above expectations.
