Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Marketing Manager of Dudley Industries Ltd. We are sheet metal engineers specialising in washroom accessories, pest control products and providing contract manufacturing services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Innovation Visual?

Having recently relaunched the company website I was looking for support for organic SEO and progressing our digital marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to increase our website visibility, actively target our keywords, increase website traffic and encourage enquiries for conversion.

Having previously worked with the IV team I had no hesitation recommending them to my current company and hoped to continue working with them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We were looking to launch our three pronged strategy: Washroom Accessories Pest Control Products Contract Manufacturing The project started with meetings and discussions on goals and the strategy naturally developed from there.

What was the team composition?

We have a dedicated account manager with support from the wider team and director. Over the years I've met with many of the team, Tim definitely has a good recruitment strategy for knowledgeable staff!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the beginning of our project we've seen a 70% increase in website visitors, we've grown from 12 keywords in the top 20 to 77. Last month we saw record visitors and page views.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Myself and our account manager catch up regularly once a fortnight via a call or hangout and as necessary depending on projects. We receive reports monthly. Our AM is extremely responsive and always on hand to answer my many queries.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The stand out feature for the IV team is their ability to translate and explain the dark art of digital marketing in a way that I understand and can implement. I trust them to be ahead of their industry and up to date with all the latest innovations. I also trust their advice on what is right for my brand and strategy.
