Innoblocs is an offshore software engineering team with 30+ years of collective experience building systems that run at enterprise scale.

Our core team spent years building the Ultimus BPM Suite — one of the industry's first   Business Process Management platforms — across seven generations of development, reaching 2,300 installations in 20 countries from a single codebase. That's not a credential we put in a slide deck. It's the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement.

Since then we've rescued a failing East African payment platform and turned it into a functioning gateway, digital wallet, and mobile money product. We've built a self-learning AI recommendation engine for a US EdTech company that identifies at-risk students in real time. We've delivered fintech infrastructure, enterprise SaaS platforms, and AI systemsfor clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

We work in four areas: enterprise application development, startup MVP delivery, dedicated  engineering teams embedded into your workflow (Team as a Service), and fractional CTO   engagements for companies navigating technical decisions without senior leadership in place.

The team averages 20+ years of hands-on experience. Architects and senior engineers only — no juniors billed at senior rates, no project managers acting as a buffer between you and the people writing your code. Our engineers join your Slack, attend your standups, and are accountable for outcomes, not hours.

We're based in Islamabad and Kuala Lumpur, with client coordination from Washington DC. We work primarily with mid-market companies that have been through at least one bad software partnership and want a team that operates like an extension of their own.
