We were promised the following items: 2,156 is available at $0.25 per email ($539). The list was supposed to come with the First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Job Title. The emails were going to be used to market a training course.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work contract promised at least 85% accuracy in email deliverables.

We spent close to $600 for a list of emails, and we were promised an 85% accuracy rate or better. It was not. We were told we would receive a new list within 48 hours. We did not. In fact, we still haven't received a new list. So then we requested a full refund not only because the deliverability rate was below 85% but because we never received a response to our request for an updated list. After leaving some online reviews, they offered us a $9 refund. $9!! 🤣

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What is unique about this company is that they purposely do not have a Google business page so as to avoid receiving numerous complaints about them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something InfoGlobalData could have done differently?

The entire company appears to be a scam. As a result of the several hundred bounced emails and not receiving any customer service, we were unable to complete our email campaign by the deadline. We lost almost $600. The service we received did not meet our expectations and did not comply with the requirements of the contract (it was below 85% accuracy) or email agreement to provide us with a corrected list.
