They worked on optimizing and customizing our Shopify store, including design tweaks, speed improvements, and functionality adjustments based on our needs. They delivered everything quickly and were extremely responsive throughout the process. Every request was handled professionally and with impressive turnaround time.

The design was fully customized based on all my specific requests. They followed every detail I asked for and delivered exactly what I had in mind, both quickly and efficiently.After the updates by , our store’s page load speed improved significantly, reducing bounce rates. I'm an executive at The Cocofond, a beauty and cosmetics company. We sell skincare products online through our website.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infinite Web Experts?

We needed help with website development and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infinite Web Experts is building our website and creating our complete brand. We have the products but not the way to market them. Once the website is completed, they will work on marketing, SEO, paid ads, and CRO. Since we are new to Shopify, they are creating our complete website from scratch. The overall design of the website looks beautiful. They even set up the subscription feature, loyalty and rewards, reviews, and various others for our website.

What is the team composition?

We are in contact with Rob (Project Manager), who has a complete team of designers and developers under him.

How did you come to work with Infinite Web Experts?

We saw their previous work, and it looked great. It was also referred to us by one of my friends who had been working with them for a long time. Her website design looked very clean and nice, so we decided to give it a try.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent $5,000 on the website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2025, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website design looks great, which is the first step. After that, we will focus on marketing. I have shown the website to my team, family, and friends, and they all loved it. They all mentioned it looks great, including the images, banners, and features that Rob planned.

Rob is in the loop with us and has guided us from day one. The updates are shared over email, and we have weekly Google Meet video call meetings on the status of our website. The communication and collaboration process has been good. The team who is developing and designing our website is awesome.
