I’m an executive at Cloud Systems Leader, a cloud services company for small businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inevitable Infotech?

We were seeking website design and optimization services. We’d worked with several different designers but had not been able to attain the desired look and feel. We were also failing to optimize page load speed.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inevitable Infotech helped to fix our design problems and speed issues. They redesigned the WordPress website and improved our video embedding. Given access to our Google cPanel, they modified all of the administrative content. Plugins and broken links were fixed.

Since they fine-tuned our work, we’re thinking about re-engaging with them for SEO work.

While I reached out to four different vendors, everyone gave me a different story. I then reached out to Inevitable Infotech through LinkedIn with our support and development request. They immediately understood our challenges and seemed to be the most straightforward.

We worked together from March–July 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered the project within budget and schedule. They were able to effectively capture our vision for the website, and customers have given great feedback. They’ve also significantly improved our speed issue, although some delays still persist. There were no issues in the engagement.

How did Inevitable Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a weekly conference call over things like GoToMeeting. They were available even on weekends and were very responsive. Even though they’re in India, they responded right away.

After I notified them of a problem, they’d come back within 24 hours with the cost of resolving the issue. Then, they’d deliver the solution within the next 48 hours. Although I didn’t use it, they offer an application to track project progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve proven themselves to be very competent in web design.
