Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the director of engineering at Tilting Point, a mobile games publisher and developer. I drive and manage engineering teams that work on our data platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with Indigo Tech Recruiters?
We brought on Indigo Tech Recruiters to help us quickly and professionally hire engineering resources.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Indigo Tech Recruiters recruits engineering staff for our team. For each hire, their team collects our hiring requirements and looks into the market for suitable resources. We have precise job descriptions that require precision to fill; we need a mix of hard and soft skills. Once they find viable candidates and conduct an initial interview to vet them, Indigo Tech Recruiters relay profiles to us — Indigo Tech Recruiters send over candidates' resumes and detailed descriptions of each candidate. We then move those people into our internal hiring pipeline for our internal interview process.
What is the team composition?
We work with five teammates from Indigo Tech Recruiters, including two dedicated recruiters and an account executive.
How did you come to work with Indigo Tech Recruiters?
I met Indigo Tech Recruiters' founder at a conference where we were both speakers. When we decided to find a new recruitment partner, we chose to engage with Indigo Tech Recruiters because I already knew about their services. Once we reached out to them, we experienced the highest level of service and communication from their team.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership with Indigo Tech Recruiters began in August 2021, and it's ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our partnership with Indigo Tech Recruiters has yielded positive results from the get-go. They provide us with quality candidates who meet our high expectations — so far, Indigo Tech Recruiters has presented us with almost 100 candidates to interview. Several of the candidates we've interviewed have made it through the probationary period and are now full-time employees. The new teammates have integrated perfectly into our company and have received positive feedback from existing internal teammates.
How did Indigo Tech Recruiters perform from a project management standpoint?
We primarily communicate via Slack, but occasionally exchange emails with Indigo Tech Recruiters. Their team is very open to our feedback — they've changed their interview tactics based on our suggestions to ensure candidates better match our requirements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Of course, the entire hiring process is very collaborative, but Indigo Tech Recruiters always presents us with candidates that match our expectations. Their team is extremely professional throughout the whole recruitment process, which makes us very happy. Our partnership with Indigo Tech Recruiters is excellent, and we're very pleased with how the engagement is progressing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Anything that I could present as an area for improvement for Indigo Tech Recruiters was addressed months ago.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I don't have specific advice, but I want to remind future customers that high-quality services cost more money, but Indigo Tech Recruiters is worth the investment.

As part of our global expansion strategy we need to recruit quickly senior and experienced engineers, scrum masters, designers, with global class qualifications and ability to work fully remotely.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We considered several companies based on their experience, knowledge of the market, qualifications of recruiters, the capacity, cost. Indigo Tech recruiters have been highly recommended by another recruiter in Ukraine

Indigo engaged very quickly, demonstrated a great sense of professionalism, asked all the right questions to understand our needs and candidate qualification requirements, advised us how to tailor the selection process to attract the talent and maximize the rate of success.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with Alesya, Key Account manager acting as project manager and coordinator and Ekaterina, recruiter. They are strong professionals who know their business, understand the customer and demonstrate extraordinary capacity to deliver the customer needs at the shortest time possible.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We are very pleased with the results. We have been able to fill-in multiple positions and continue partnering with Indigo Recruiters.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We highly appreciate Indigo responsiveness and speed of execution. Indigo recruiters are always a step ahead of us, we never have to chase nor follow-up on next steps and actions agreed. Quite the opposite - Indigo took the lead to keep the drum-beat and ensure we progress fast to fill the vacancies.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I have a broad experience in talent recruitment over decade working with multiple recruitment partners around the world. Indigo Tech recruiters stand out with their great drive for success. They are biased to action, put a lot of focus to iterate fast and, operate with rigor and disciple, foster continuous and frequent exchange with the client - all of it focused on achieving the results FAST.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I cannot think of any.

They started with assigning an experienced and friendly account manager, Alesya. She took some time to work with us on our job descriptions and made sure they understand our expectations to the point. Then they started providing us with mostly relevant candidates.
They went above and beyond to make the whole process as transparent and hassle free as possible. We were able to reach our goas in no time.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
With their support we were able to hire comfortably despite of the hot local job market. We have doubled our existing core team in no time,

We communicated remotely but it has always been no waste of tiem for us. All our requests were timely considered and met as it should be.

Not only have they a vast database of candidates but I also enjoyed the immediate understanding of all of our needs. It has been an effective and enjoyable experience working with the Indigo recruitment team.

I oversee Corporate Marketing and Global Recruiting for Jam City. We have studios around the world (US, Canada, Germany, Colombia, Argentina) and we are always looking to bring on new talent, both remote and in our specific office locations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Indigo Tech Recruiters?
We started our work with Indigo because we knew they were well entrenched in talent recruiting in Eastern Europe, a hot bed of GREAT gaming talent.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to (and continues to be) finding great game design talent to work closely with each of the studios looking to increase content creation.
How did you select Indigo Tech Recruiters?
Through friends in the industry, I decided to interview Indigo and they've been fantastic.
Describe the project in detail.
I can't get into too much detail, but the need for each of the studios to have additional level and design talent is a priority. The games we develop rely on constant updates and having skilled design talent that we can rely on is critical.
What was the team composition?
Each of the teams at Jam City work differently. At the end of the day, the Sr Game Designers and Design Directors dictate the content plans months in advance. From there, we want to make sure we are staffed appropriately to hit the content goals/game goals.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've hired numerous level and game designers, all in a timely manner. The feedback from the game teams has been positive as the new team members get onboarded.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Indigo has been super easy to work with. Emails, calls, video calls, collaborative google docs, etc - VERY easy to engage with.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The Indigo team is very buttoned up. They may be on the other side of the Earth (Jam City is based in California) but you wouldn't know it from how they operate.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None, they give a positive experience all over.

Find senior developers in a short time. People with relevant experience that fit our culture and will remain with us for years.

We got a very good recommendation about them and from the very first meeting felt they are real professionals.

They got the requirements, searched and filtered candidates by CV and interviews, and then send us their details. They were in touch with us the whole time and were very interested to keep the process moving and also to hear our feedback to improve their filtering.
What was the team composition?
My CTO and I worked directly with Indigo.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We hired two very strong developers in a relatively short time (Especially given their skills). Indigo managed to bring (on average) much better candidates than others and we were lucky to work with them.

Very effective!! They are always available, They also initiate communication when required and keep us updated with weekly reports.

Not that I can point to at the moment.
