The project met all the requirements, and was completed within time and budget. Our team productivity improved immediately. We have been able to expand the scope of our responsibilities without increasing the size of the team. We can now also work more intelligently with our documentation. The robust system has also allowed us to handle challenges quickly and effectively. 
The continuing excellent service from Index World has kept us running well. Index World have also made a number of improvements since the initial project.

Index World used our outline spec to create a user-friendly and robust custom interface. For our custom document handling interface, we provided an outline specification. Index World not only implemented the specification, but they also added all the small, helpful HMI elements that makes the interface a pleasure to use. These elements were not included in our outline specification. They also added error checking and messages to make the system robust.

Where issues arose, Index World  was quick to understand them and adjust accordingly.

We’re really happy to be in a new system, and it has had a large impact on our organization. We have a lot more visibility, and we’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback from our team members.

Index Worlds support is endless — they’re really good at it. We have them assist us with some of our other internally developed systems, and their support level is top-notch. The best part of our experience is knowing that, if something goes wrong, they’re going to be there, pay attention to us, and address the issues immediately; that’s what they always do.

Index World doesn’t have team members offshore. They’re local to our area, so they’re available in real-time, which is extremely important for us.

One of the benefits of that real-time service is that we don’t have to fill a ticket and wait a day for a response. The team is very responsive and reactive to our needs, and we typically get a response within minutes.

We also work personally with the owner, so when something is complex, Index World scales the issue to him, and he gives me a call. They work together as a cohesive team, play on each other’s strengths, and make sure that the job gets done by whoever is best to do it so that we don’t spend extra money.

I’m very satisfied with their work and really appreciate their service, so I don’t have any constructive feedback.

Index World developed custom software for our existing billing system. We wanted a module that could be applied to other software as well. If we need to install the same software for another company, this module can be applied to the other company as well. It’s pretty much built in MySQL and PHP, but there might be some JavaScript.

While working on this project, we together came up with another project that we will do after this one is fully completed.

The software is not fully complete yet; we’re working on finalizing the functionality, and we haven’t worked on the look yet. At this point, it looks 100% functional and ready to work. We just need to fine-tune it.

I’m extremely satisfied with the project management. There aren’t any issues. The communication is good as well. They’re on Skype 24/7. If there are any bugs or issues to report, they’re always available.
