I’m the founder of a start-up company that has developed a key new optical measurement technology for process control of semiconductor materials.

Our goal was to create an elevator pitch for potential investors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to several video production companies in the area and selected Independent Media based upon their capability, efficiency, and value.

They worked with us closely from initial concept through final production, resulting in a concise and compelling elevator pitch video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with the Executive Producer and the Creative Director. They were able to translate our high-level objectives into sets of specific recommendations involving complex subject matter, and to evaluate outputs in view of the overall goals.

We gained significant investor interest.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The turn-around time for edits was typically 24 hrs and the quality of input was quite good - generally only two-to-three feedback loops were needed for any task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The are focused on the process, they listen, and it shows in their product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their video coaching was spot-on but it may be useful to review video outtakes with client real time.
