1. Objective & Performance Metrics The primary objective of this engagement is to manage, scale, and optimize the Client’s Amazon account while driving sustainable, profitable growth. Performance and success will be evaluated against predefined business goals by tracking the following key performance indicators (KPIs): 
- Gross Sales Revenue: Total top-line sales volume generated across the catalog. 
- Net Profit: Profitability after accounting for Amazon seller fees, FBA fulfillment fees, COGS, and total advertising expenditure. 
- Net Profit Margin: The percentage of net profit retained relative to total sales. 
- Target Advertising Cost of Sales (TACoS): Total advertising spend measured against total revenue to monitor overall account health and ad dependency. 
- Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) & ROAS: Campaign-level ad efficiency and return on ad spend. 
- Organic vs. Paid Sales Ratio: Growth in non-paid organic sales velocity over time. 
- Storage & Fee Overhead: Inventory holding costs, aged inventory surcharges, and long-term storage fees impacting net margin. 

2. Scope of Services:

Advertising & Marketing Management Strategy, setup, execution, and daily optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display). Continuous keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, negative keyword management, and budget allocation aimed at maximizing net margin. 

Planning and management of promotional levers, including Amazon Deals, Coupons, and Prime Exclusive Discounts. 

Listing Optimization & Brand Assets Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and descriptions. Design and deployment of A+ Content and Brand Storefront assets to boost listing conversion rates. 

Continuous catalog maintenance, including resolving suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and category issues. 

Inventory & Operations Management Sales velocity forecasting and stock run-rate tracking to mitigate stockouts and avoid overstock storage penalties. Guidance on shipment creation and regular monitoring of the Inventory Performance Index (IPI) score. 

Account Health & Brand Protection Daily monitoring of account health metrics, policy compliance notifications, and customer feedback. Monitoring for unauthorized buy-box hijackers and managing IP/trademark infringement claims.
