We worked with InBest under two modalities: a consulting engagement and a monthly support for a set number of hours. The consulting work was top-notch. Deliverables were clear and actionable, and their team stayed involved even after the engagement to follow up on the identified action items. On the retainer side, the collaboration has been excellent. InBest's team has provided hands-on technical support across the implementations we've carried out this year, and having that support has been critical to hitting our goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First and foremost: the Guidance Plex plan. A thorough document with sharp analysis and clear, prioritized action items based on the findings from the consulting engagement. 
Other results: we grew transaction volume by 60% in Q4 2025 while keeping cloud infrastructure costs (AWS) to just a 29% increase, a strong efficiency ratio. We also successfully delivered two high-complexity technical projects with zero degradation to our production services.

iNBest's work has been really fast, so there hasn't been a need for a progress review. The team keeps helping us today with any assistance we need through a 24/7 support service. We've experienced increased efficiency and learned more about some tools we already used.

We needed help with the development of custom AI models and cloud infrastructure FinOps.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iNBest designed and developed custom AI/ML models tailored to our business requirements. They prepared, cleaned, and structured datasets for AI model training. The team trained, tested, validated, and optimized AI model performance. They also deployed AI models into cloud-based production environments.iNBest designed and configured scalable cloud infrastructure architecture. They implemented infrastructure automation and CI/CD deployment pipelines. The team configured cloud security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems.iNBest analyzed cloud usage and implemented FinOps cost optimization strategies. They developed cloud cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting processes. The team also provided technical documentation, system configuration, and knowledge transfer sessions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iNBest fulfilled the deliverables that we set in the scope of work. They reduced the AWS month-to-month cost by 52% in less than 45 days. They also reduced the deployment time of our mobile app and fixed the latency. We saved at least two months in the deployment.
