Our customer had an outdated travel iOS application. The main challenge was to reanimate the existing application and to make several key changes in the functionality. The task of reanimating the application was pretty complex since it was last updated 6 years ago. InAppo successfully managed to update the application and make it alive again.

InAppo was able to reanimate the application in a very short period - 2 months. After that, we requested several changes to the application. Everything was accomplished.

The task was quite difficult so it was hard to estimate. But they did the main work in two months which was a quite good result. The communication and expectations were clear. We could contact whenever we needed.

Our goal is to automate the process of organizing sports events and create a sargeting network of sportsmen and organizers.

We were looking for freelancers at different sites. At one of the sites, we found an InAppo representative. He told us that to realize our goal we need one team and offered to do everything on a turnkey basis. We also chatted with various companies, but InAppo's offer turned out to be the most tempting.

After we chose InAppo and started working with them, we started making prototypes with UX specialist InAppo, we discussed and approved every 3 screens. After the prototypes were approved, the team hired a designer to draw screens, we worked in the same way, they provided intermediate results.

After the design was approved, we proceeded to develop the terms of reference, I was asked to be involved at this stage, I tried to convey my idea completely. After we closed the terms of reference, we started development. I conducted the entire development process with the project manager, we had weekly calls on the results of the work. Some sprints were implemented not much later than they wanted, but this was not critical.

The process was quite effective, I liked the communication with the project manager. When it was necessary to find out the technical part with the developers, it was difficult. We didn’t lose much in the planned time frame, but it didn’t become critical due to covid

We continue to sell our dolls abroad with the built-in application. Already received about 3-5 positive feedbacks from customers.

The process was efficient enough for the work to be completed on time, so it happened. Then we have additional edits, and also we got the result on time.

The communication process itself has been established. I chose a communication channel and we conducted a dialogue in it, every week the guys showed the results of work and we approved them.

I liked the fact that they took full responsibility for the project. They did not require anything (technical assignment, prototypes), they did everything themselves. I also liked the quality of work and communication.

Initially, we did not much disagree with the price, but in total the quality was worth that kind of money. Also, I would improve communication, there was no time to often call up.
