When reflecting on areas for improvement, one aspect that could be enhanced is the initial phase of the project planning. While the overall project management was excellent, a more detailed roadmap at the start could have helped align our expectations and objectives even more closely. 

This would involve setting clearer milestones and perhaps involving key stakeholders in more detailed planning discussions to ensure every aspect of the project was covered comprehensively from the beginning.

Together with the important.is design team, we have introduced some great changes that have completely changed the face of the Nuda Store! We created a new, super friendly logo and chose warm, cheerful colors that immediately catch the eye of both children and their parents. 
Our website worked like a dream – is easy to use on any device, which makes shopping simple and fun. Each piece is designed with comfort and carefree in mind, which makes visitors feel like they are on the playground. The introduction of these changes gave us an amazing kick, increased brand recognition and attracted a lot of new, satisfied customers. We are convinced that these changes are a hit!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our local brand has made a fantastic start! Already in the first three months, our website attracted an average of 5,000 visits per month, which really built us up. People not only drop in for a while – spend with us an average of 3 minutes, browsing about 4 pages for each visit. It's great that our content pulls them in so much! What is more, 2% of visitors decide to interact, such as subscribing to a newsletter or submitting a request for quotation.

The project management went really well! The team was up to date with the deadlines, which helped us to get everything done without unnecessary stress. They always had everything planned and there were no delays.
As for our needs, I can't complain. 
They were always ready to help and listen to what we had to say. As soon as we needed some changes, they immediately took on it and made corrections. This made us feel that they really had in mind what was important to us. It was a very positive cooperation, thanks to which everything went like butter!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were particularly pleased with their creativity and flexibility. They always had ideas that were so! But that's why they were brilliant! Moreover, they were mega open to our suggestions and ideas. We felt as if we really wanted to be happy. They were always willing to do more than was required for us to get what we wanted. It was an amazing feeling to know that we work with such a committed and creative team!

Are there any areas for improvement or something important agency could have done differently?

In the case of this agency, they could be more proactive in communicating and informing us about the progress of the project. Sometimes we felt a little insecure about what was going on and when we could expect the next steps. Additionally, while their creativity was impressive, it could sometimes lead to some delays in delivering specific solutions. More clarity in planning and communication could overcome these issues and make cooperation even more effective.
