Impartial AI Tech played a major role in modernizing and rebuilding our platform from the ground up. Their team came in as both technical consultants and hands-on development partners, helping us evaluate the existing architecture, identify areas for improvement, and establish a stronger foundation for long-term growth. They worked closely with our team to rethink core parts of the product, improve the overall technical architecture, and rebuild key systems with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind. Beyond development, they provided valuable guidance around engineering decisions, product structure, and the technologies best suited to support a growing on-demand service marketplace. The result was more than a series of incremental improvements. Impartial AI Tech helped transform the platform into a more modern, streamlined, and scalable product, giving our team a stronger technical foundation to continue building new features, improving the customer experience, and expanding the business.
