I’m the creative director of Chirri Peppers, a creative agency and production company that offers social media, content generation, influencer marketing, 3D animation, and graphic and audiovisual campaign production services in LATAM.

What challenge were you trying to address with Impactia AI?

We needed to upgrade our clients during the marketing reports process by optimizing our tasks and designing a visual platform for our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Impactia AI has developed a platform that helps us organize all the social media data into a report by grabbing data from other servers, organizing it, analyzing it, and delivering a complete report. The team has gone through discovery meetings, first scratch, testing, and beta phases.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Impactia AI.

How did you come to work with Impactia AI?

I found Impactia AI through a referral. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, they were referred to me, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Impactia AI in March 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform has sped up the reporting process. It used to take us one week, and now it takes us one day.

How did Impactia AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Impactia AI’s project management is good; they deliver on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by Impactia AI’s organized processes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Certainly, as things can always be improved, but to date, the process has been clear and satisfies our expectations. We are preparing for more complex projects ahead. We'll see how it goes from here."
