Functionalble website, updates on Social and Google My Business

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were able to roll out a decent website quickly.  In 2-3 months it was bug free.  The monthly check-ins were pretty worthless.

Oh, and they kept screwing up my GMB profile even after it was brought to their attention.

They should hire SEOs who know what they're doing, and pay attention to detail.
