I’m the owner of RSQUARED TALENT, a talent agency that represents leading broadcasters on a live streaming social media mobile app, helping them grow their presence and careers.

What challenge were you trying to address with iLLCo-AI?

We needed help determining some weaknesses in our current process and designing solutions around those weaknesses.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

iLLCo-AI has designed and implemented a custom intake form that sorts users based on their intentions to the relevant parties in my company. Rather than have one person sift through each intake, the solution does this for me and routes them to the correct department for a personalized user experience.

iLLCo-AI was referred to me through word of mouth.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we don’t have any direct measurable results, the solution has made our workload noticeably easier. It has broken up the workload so that one person isn’t handling a part of the project that they aren’t specialized in.

How did iLLCo-AI perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email and messaging apps. iLLCo-AI has delivered on time. There was a slight delay on one portion of the project because of a personal emergency, but the team communicated it effectively, and it didn’t interrupt our business flow.

What did you find most impressive about them?

iLLCo-AI’s personal touch is impressive. The team has taken the time to understand my problem and used critical thinking to come up with a solution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. I’m satisfied with their work.
