iHunters is a Brazilian executive search consultancy specialized in the iGaming and betting industry, founded in 2024 by Bruno Cabrelon and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. The firm recruits across the full spectrum of the sector, from player support roles to C-Level executives, for licensed operators and B2B suppliers in Brazil and Latin America.

The company has mapped an estimated to 95 percent of the Brazilian iGaming market, with a database of more than 6,500 profiled professionals and over 370 positions filled since its foundation. Clients include operators and suppliers headquartered in more than 14 countries, among them Greece, Malta, the United Kingdom, the Philippines and Cyprus.

iHunters offers three service lines: Full Recruitment (end to end hiring, from job description design and salary calibration to offer support), Sourcing (qualified shortlists for teams that run their own process) and Market Mapping (salary research, org structure benchmarking and employer branding intelligence). Shortlists are frequently delivered within five business days. Every placement carries a three month replacement guarantee, and the firm maintains a non solicitation policy toward client teams.

The consultancy works exclusively with fully regulated companies: operators authorized by Brazil's Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) and B2B suppliers with formal operations and regulated clients.

Founder and CEO Bruno Cabrelon has over 15 years in recruitment across technology, digital banking and large corporations. He entered iGaming in 2022, building the Brazilian team of one of the world's largest operators when the local operation had fewer than 30 employees. He is also the founder of ABJR, the Brazilian Responsible Gambling Association.
