#1 Ranking for most important keyword target
As part of an overall batch of high-intent keywords we are working on for a B2B tech/SaaS client of ours (SEO & CRO engagement) we were recently able to get them 1st ranked for the most important keyword target on the list. That combined with a Google ad campaign now has the client website showing up on top of the page twice, exponentially increasing the CTR (click-through-rate) for ideal customers of theirs doing the Google search.
We now have (as of 9/10/20) almost every high-intent keyword target of theirs ranked in the Top 5 slots of the 1st page of Google, which has allowed for a massive scaling of highly qualified inbound lead flow.

Full Website Rebuild of $1b IT Consulting Company
As part of an overall scope of work together, we were tasked by Prolifics.com to rebuild their website. As is the case with very large companies, this was a very large undertaking, working to accomplish the goals of executive leadership. It was a wild ride, long hours, and a million balls juggling in the air, but we were able to deliver them a website they can now be proud of and be worthy of the amazing brand and company they've built up over the last few decades.

Lead Magnet Creation and deployment in LinkedIn advertising campaign
For our client Prolifics, we've been building out expert content hubs, to display their expertise across major tech areas and build site authority for SEO. Following the completion of the each hub, we've been building lead magnet PDF guides, which are being used within the LinkedIn advertising campaign, with amazing results. Over 20% of the qualified leads we generated in June 2020 came from the success of a single amazing lead magnet.

SaaS Client: Qualified Organic Leads Doubled from Mar 2020 to June 2020
A SaaS client of ours has benefitted tremendously from our SEO strategy and deployment, which has involved on-site technical optimizations, very deep expert level content hubs, internal linking and external linkbuilding. We've been able to double their qualified leads in the door from March 2020 to June 2020.

Content Marketing Campaign Lands Major Coverage
Looking to help our client accomplish 2 stated goals of (1) Increase brand recognition & (2) Drive very high-quality links for SEO, we came up with the idea of building a custom study to position them as experts within their industry. We called it The State of Moving, which utilized social media listening to determine conversation analysis and sentiment analysis, combined with highly reputable existing studies, to create a beautiful & captivating infographic-style report.
We then used this report as a magnet, arming our PR team with amazing fresh content to reach out to their expansive network of major media. Armed with the visual report/study, our PR team was able to line up:
- A major interview for the client's CEO & a featured piece oncNBCNews.com
- Major coverage on Ariana Huffington's Thrive Global
- MSN
- Real Simple
- CheddarGrit Daily
- and many others.

Implemented Powerful SEO Content Strategy
As one of the key steps in our full-service SEO offering is implementing on a powerful content strategy that establishes our clients as authorities on their topics, builds in keyword & semantic relevance, builds out internal linkbuilding architecture, and gives our linkbuilding team great content to promote to get high-end external linkbuilding.

Grew big money keywords into Top 3-4 slots on Google
Following our deep SEO audit, we came up with a high-intent keyword target list, and implemented a thorough plan of action to drive up our client's rankings for keywords that would drive business, to which we succeeded in this plan only a few months into working with them.
This was accomplished through on-site technical SEO improvements to header tags and other structural elements, mixed with a strong content strategy, on-site linkbuilding and VERY strong external linkbuilding.

Grew organic SEO rankings of high-intent keywords
Before we started working with the client, most of their organic traffic came from branded search terms (their name). Within a few months, we were able to drive up their rankings for high-intent keywords, which led to a surge in qualified leads for their sales team and a large growth in revenue from organic search.

Tech Explainer Video
To help a tech startup enter a market, we created multiple explainer videos, one for each of the audiences they sell to. These were used as part of various marketing & sales purposes, including social media, email, website conversion, etc.
Both videos:

LinkedIn Ad Campaign: Funded tech company in enterprise space
We were hired by Epilogue Systems to first audit existing marketing plans, build new plan recommendations, and then go end-to-end of building out the paid media campaigns, landing pages, content, marketing automations, ad sets, CRM integrations, zapier integrations, and many other activities with 1 goal in mind; drive lead flow to their hungry sales team.
Having an ex-LinkedIn person running client strategy helps the cause, and B2B marketing is a particular sweet spot of ours. This is one ad set in about 100 overall, which had a mix of custom visual illustrations, video animation, & stock photos in the overall scheme of split testing the most effective route to qualified inbound lead flow.

Explainer Video: Medical Device Sales
Selling high-ticket medical devices is a challenging path, especially if you're not armed with the best way to educate your potential buyers on why they should be investing such large sums into your technology. Enter the explainer video.
We armed the Promaxo sales team with a powerful explainer video to help them get the point across and key value propositions in a quick (77 second) video. This allowed them to more easily explain certain complexities of their tech, and open up more qualified sales situations and ultimately sell more machines.

SEO: interactive infographic for Student Loan Hero
Visuals have become a huge part of SEO strategy, allowing for much more robust and engaging content used for cornerstone content & long-form blog posts for linkbuilding & ranking purposes. Having powerful visual content also is a key factor in trying to get major coverage for your brand, and thus major links for SEO.
We were approached by Student Loan Hero to build an interactive infographic that would be housed within a key piece of content. Having armed them with a killer piece of interactive content, the piece was able to get picked up by Forbes, CNBC, ZeroHedge, and other major media outlets, and has been a key piece in their SEO ranking efforts and succes.

Explainer Video: Funded tech company in enterprise space

Infographic Design for Global Dental Healthcare Manufacturer
“Their creative team consistently blew me away.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the senior product marketing manager at a global dental healthcare equipment manufacturer.
What challenge were you trying to address with IGW (Infographic World)?
I was looking to develop an infographic that captured a complicated dental imaging workflow in an understandable visual resource.
What was the scope of their involvement?
IGW (Infographic World) developed a still infographic for us. During an input gathering meeting, I wrote out the workflow is in a typical dental office when a patient comes in, both for a routine examination and also when a patient comes in for pain. The infographic needed to follow the workflow for these two different scenarios.
The infographic compared and contrasted the effect of using the technology that we manufacture versus a competitor. I provided their team with the script and the statistics that needed to be interspersed throughout the graphic.
They presented the levels of radiation a patient is exposed to based on the technology used in a way that would allow anyone who viewed the graphic to understand. Everything was completely mathematically accurate but also easily digestible. Anybody could understand that our technology is much safer for the patient within a few seconds.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Gabriela (Account Manager, IGW (Infographic World)) and Nailea (Creative Director, IGW (Infographic World)). I had a previous relationship with Justin (Founder & President, IGW (Infographic World)) so he would touch base on the project.
How did you come to work with IGW (Infographic World)?
I had worked with IGW (Infographic World) in my position at a previous company, where they had done animation work for me. My experience was so good that when I moved to this company I didn’t even shop for a different vendor. I just went straight to IGW (Infographic World) because I knew they would do a great job.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested about $2,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with IGW (Infographic World) ran from August–October 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I was delighted by the results. They took this really complicated concept and laid it out in a linear fashion interspersed with facts comparing and contrasting radiation doses. I was really blown away. We haven’t launched the infographic yet, but my internal sales team thinks it’s amazing.
How did IGW (Infographic World) perform from a project management standpoint?
Our teams communicated primarily through email and conference calls. Their process is really great, they always showed me options and let me choose what I liked. They provided input on the script and did a good job of project managing. IGW (Infographic World) kept me on my toes, letting me know if they needed feedback by a certain date to keep us on schedule.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their creative team consistently blew me away.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they did a great job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be as clear as possible in what your objectives are, but don’t stifle their creativity.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Head of Public Fundraising at APOPO, an award-winning non profit that trains giant rats to save lives by sniffing out landmines and tuberculosis in developing countries.
For what projects/services did your company hire IGW (Infographic World)?
We hired IGW to develop an explainer video for our Tuberculosis Detection Rats. Our work is technical and includes concepts that many people may be unfamiliar with. IGW created an asset that made our work accessible and digestible for a range of audiences.
What were your goals for this project?
To develop a video that breaks down how APOPO's HeroRATs save lives by increasing the detection of Tuberculosis, the world's leading cause of death from infectious disease. IGW created an animated video that clearly and simply explained how the rats worked through stunning visuals and a clear narrative progression.
How did you select this vendor?
We discussed the project with a number of venders around the world but IGW stood out for their track record, demonstrable interest in the project and their ability to deliver high quality materials within a tight schedule.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
IGW offers a brilliant five-step visual communication process called that is designed to simplify complex concepts into visual stories. The process in brief is: Strategy, Collection, Analysis, Picturing and Exposure.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
We mainly worked with Justin who was a real pleasure to work with throughout. It was critical that the product accurately reflected our work whilst being understandable to lay audiences and therefore we had a team of scientists and communications professionals critically evaluating the product through its development. IGW were adaptable and flexible to our needs and we felt enabled and supported to develop the best product possible.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The video was our primary asset when introducing our life-saving work to donors, governments and partners around the world and helped to secure funding and support for our tuberculosis training and detection activities. We have received consistently positive feedback on the video from all quarters. Three years later, we continue to deploy the film at every opportunity.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between our team and IGW was dynamic and responsive. We couldn't have asked for better support, they were real partners who were equally committed to delivering a fantastic result.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The people at IGW are brilliant.
Are there any areas for improvement?
My experience with IGW was first class and it is difficult to identify any areas for improvement.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a company providing a tool for divorced and separated parents to communicate through both a website and mobile apps.
What challenge were you trying to address with IGW (Infographic World)?
We needed them to provide marketing and educate our potential subscribers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We asked them to create a short, animated video giving an overview of how we work and explaining the platform and what it does for families. We wanted an easy-to-understand message because our platform can be complex and difficult to understand.
What is the team composition?
We worked with about five people at any given time. We mostly worked with the account manager, but also scriptwriters and people who helped with the design.
How did you come to work with IGW (Infographic World)?
I was referred to them by a professional organization I’m a member of. They seemed easy to work with and their pricing was fair.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $8,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July–Oct. 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've gotten lots of compliments and our video is regularly shared on social media. They did a good job of distilling our message, developing the entire script based on the ideas we gave them.
We didn’t want to spend a ton of time of this, but we wanted to create something straightforward, and they made that incredibly easy. After production, it was no problem for them to make the changes we requested.
How did IGW (Infographic World) perform from a project management standpoint?
They follow a clear process and they’re good at accepting our input. We held a video conference as a project kickoff, but since then, we’ve communicated mostly through phone calls and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The convenience and ease of working with them make a difference.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we’re very happy with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The number one thing is to know what you want so you spend less time refining your idea and more time developing the actual collateral.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the public diplomacy officer for the Embassy of Spain in the US.
What challenge were you trying to address with IGW (Infographic World)?
We needed help designing products for public diplomacy initiatives.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Embassy has worked with IGW (Infographic World) on three projects. They designed infographics for all three projects and then provided documents so that we could print them. For the second and third projects, they developed a website with information from the infographics, along with videos and GIFs.
What is the team composition?
In our day-to-day communications, we work with a project manager and designer. We’ve also engaged with the president and the operations lead.
How did you come to work with IGW (Infographic World)?
I’ve only worked with IGW (Infographic World) on the most recent project. My company continues to work with them because we’ve been satisfied with their deliverables.
What is the status of this engagement?
The Embassy began working with IGW (Infographic World) in September 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We use the GIFs they provided in different social media posts. We also use their print infographics at different events and visits to the Embassy and when we speak to groups about what we do. It’s imperative that we immediately grab people’s attention, and the infographics help us do that. Whenever we hand them out, people are intrigued and want to learn more.
How did IGW (Infographic World) perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve performed very well in this regard. We’ve started all three projects with a phone call to go over our expectations and different options. After that initial call, we communicate via email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their flexibility sets them apart.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, no; nothing comes to mind.
Any advice for potential customers?
Go into the project with a lot of ideas and be willing to discuss them, so that IGW (Infographic World) can propose design and programming possibilities and provide suggestions. We had some great conversations regarding what we wanted to do. Collaborative work leads to a great end product.

Interactive, Animated & Static Infographics for Cybersecurity Firm
“They’re very creative in their approach and what they end up delivering.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of global threat communications at Trend Micro, a cybersecurity firm. We develop software and hardware technologies that protect both businesses and consumers around the globe from cyberattacks. We’ve been at the forefront of innovation for 30 years.
I work with our research organization to publish and promote the threat research that Trend Micro regularly does. I work with the media and speak at cybersecurity conferences around the world to educate people on cybersecurity trends and what technologies can help protect them.
What challenge were you trying to address with IGW (Infographic World)?
My company wanted to utilize more graphics to portray what we do as a business. We create some graphics and infographics internally, but we needed a third-party to augment that work. We hoped to visually demonstrate how threats work, where they target organizations, and how we protect our customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially hired IGW to develop and deliver static infographics that were visually-pleasing. Over time, they began to develop more interactive infographics and videos.
What is the team composition?
One person quotes the project, and once we get that down, I start working with 1–2 designers on the actual graphics. I’m not sure how many people total work on our projects, but we normally have 1–2 regular contacts. We don’t have to work with a huge group, which is a good thing from my perspective.
Justin (Founder & President, IGW) has been my main point of contact. I believe he was still formulating his organization when we started working together. He’s expanded since then, but I’ve maintained a good relationship with him. I usually contact Justin regarding any new projects, and he delegates the work to the appropriate people.
How did you come to work with IGW (Infographic World)?
IGW was one of the top organizations in my Google search. I looked at what they did and a lot of the content that they’d developed over time. I contacted Justin, and we started working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
My company has spent between $200,000–$500,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with IGW in February 2012, and it’s ongoing. We’ve been averaging a couple of projects per year with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We display most of the infographics on our website. Depending on the topic, graphics show up on different webpages. We also utilize the graphics at events, such as the webinars that I regularly deliver. The interactive infographics help us to educate our customers about the business that Trend Micro is in. We also use IGW’s work on social media. They’ve delivered more recent graphics as info snippets for social media campaigns.
Some of our internal groups deliver infographics, but I go to IGW whenever I need visually pleasing infographics, especially in the interactive area. The graphics they’ve produced for us have been very well-received by viewers and our internal staff.
I continue to use IGW because they regularly improve their services and the graphics that they produce. They’re competitive in the marketplace. As they’ve done more interactive infographics, I’ve been very pleased with the results that they’ve delivered.
How did IGW (Infographic World) perform from a project management standpoint?
We’re probably not one of the easiest companies to work with. For these projects, I have several stakeholders to report to, and everyone has an opinion. At times, I’ve had to revise the direction of visuals mid-project. IGW has been very accommodating. We’ve had to pay extra for a few of these changes, but that’s understandable.
We discuss projects and deliverables via email or conference calls. As we progress through a project, they’re very good at communicating where we are within the timeline. We go back and forth a number of times on each project to nail down all of the specifics and make sure everything is accurate.
Overall, they follow the process, and they’re almost always on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very creative in their approach and what they end up delivering.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could send more updates to the project owner and me. They sould also spend more time upfront making sure everyone’s clear on the deliverables and what we’re looking for.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients should be clear on what they want and work with IGW on the deliverables and requirements, so that everyone is clear on what the project will be and when it will be finished. However, clients should also let them do what they’re good at. I give IGW ideas, and they come back with ideas and options of their own. That’s what I really like about them: they’re not set in one type of output, and they offer a broad array of styles and options.

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
EVP Sales & Marketing of a laboratory device manufacturer. Customers are predominately pharmaceutical and contract research organizations.
For what projects/services did your company hire IGW (Infographic World)?
We're introducing novel complex technology in to the life science segment and as such needed an easy way to explain what our product does.
What were your goals for this project?
During exhibition we had difficulties relaying the concept of our product to visitors stopping by our booth - it's a complex product. With the explainer video, we managed to pre-educate customers in 90s as to what our product conceptually was so that we could focus on the customer needs rather that the product concept in the follow up conversation. This really helped increase the number of meaningful conversations and led to increased follow-up rate.
How did you select this vendor?
Introduction through professional network.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
I've never done any video work before and really had no idea where to start. IGW led the conversation right from the beginning and steered us to discover what we actually wanted to get done (given the broad array of video options this was very valuable to us). Once we identified an explainer video as fitting out needs best, IGW took control of the whole process, drove the project forward, locked in all the details whilst providing regular and pointed updates. The cherry on the top of the cake was the huge bank of narrator voices they had available and the highly competent script development.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Regular calls and email communication. Very hands-on.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We cut down "warm-up" time for new customer arriving at the booth or checking out website by at least 75%. The positioning that took 4-5 minutes traditionally, now takes 90s and can be done at the leisure of the visitor.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Highly effective.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
IGW took control of the whole process whilst always being transparent and seeking our feedback on their proposals before moving one direction or another.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Don't really see anything. We're likely re-engaging in another project soon.

I am the creative director at Blackhawk Network, a global company that specializes in providing branded payments. We are probably best known for putting gift cards in grocery stores, where it is easy and convenient for consumers to purchase them.
For what projects/services did your company hire IGW (Infographic World)?
We ran a very big market research study on gift card buyer personas. Since we are industry leaders in this space, we wanted to turn the data into an interactive, online marketing piece. A second version, presented as a downloadable ebook, was also requested.
What were your goals for this project?
Our primary goal was to present ourselves as thought leaders in our industry. Our secondary goal was to generate qualified sales leads.
How did you select this vendor?
I did a lot of online research and reviewed agencies' previous work. I was impressed with Infographic World's ability to synthesize a lot of data and present it in a clear and engaging manner.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Infographic World took our research and created concepts, wrote copy, designed the layout/UX/UI, and did all of the custom development. Their team is very organized and efficient; all I had to do was provide brand guidelines and review their work along the way.
What was the team composition?
I must say that the team at Infographic World was wonderful! I had lots of direct conversations with Justin, the president. He put together a talented team to do the creative.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It's too soon to share success stories—but I'm sure we'll have them in the future!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow felt seamless to me. I received and responded to emails, meeting invitations, etc. Infographic World did all of the heavy lifting!
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am most impressed by how knowledgeable and talented the team is. They are top-notch!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Honestly, I can't think of any.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the global communications leader for the HR services sector of General Electric. We support payroll and benefit communications around the world.
What challenge were you trying to address with IGW (Infographic World)?
Every year, we have a project for incentivizing employees to participate in enrollment elections. We rely on IGW annually to strategize and design our communications for it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They worked to help us understand any new challenges we might have in communicating our benefits to employees. Typically, they review General Electric's brand guidelines and take note of any changes. It’s a collaborative, content-driven effort, where we provide the approved information before they deliver the designs.
What is the team composition?
We interact with a project coordinator who oversees the graphic design for the IGW team. We also work directly with the designers if needed.
How did you come to work with IGW (Infographic World)?
I can’t remember how we got in touch, but we found them to be extremely cost-competitive. We were also looking for a company who fit our culture—specifically, in the way that we operate with key stakeholders.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend over $100,000 a year. We’ve invested somewhere between $250,000–$500,000 with them in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked with them since 2014, and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've received informal, off-the-cuff comments about how attractive and effective the designs are. We’ve always been very pleased with them.
They’ll also take phone calls at off-business hours and have been willing to address our needs within the desired timeframe.
How did IGW Infographics perform from a project management standpoint?
It’s an ongoing evolution, where we’re always finding new and improved ways of working with each other. In the early days, the design process of emailing back and forth was a bit more cumbersome.
Now, we’ve found a cloud box service that enables file-sharing, co-editing, and tracking changes. The notes function of the service stimulates dialogue in addition to the normal rhythm of calls and emails.
For one of our most recent projects—a design project with a tight timeline—IGW actually came on site and spent a couple of weeks with us. So, we’ve done it a couple of different ways.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their relationship management is excellent. We consider them as partners, instead of just a supplier. We’ve been able to foster a strong relationship over the long-term dialogue we’ve had.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We operate against the grain of a typical agency’s expectations, particularly in our unique review process and the specific challenges that we have. They’ve improved by adapting to us over time: now, we design and iterate together as part of the content review.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Familiarize yourself with the steps of design. From the outside, it’s easy to be oblivious of how the design workflow goes, but it could benefit you to develop an understanding of the different processes.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for the Long Island Power Authority. We provide electric services to 1 million customers.
What challenge were you trying to address with IGW (Infographic World)?
We were trying to educate our consumers on important industry and utility initiatives, such as investing in clean energy and more reliable electric grids.
What was the scope of their involvement?
IGW (Infographic World) provided a team of experienced infographics specialists. They compiled both static and an animated infographics movie that help describe the changing energy grid on Long Island.
What is the team composition?
There are about five people assigned to our project and I mainly work with the creative director.
How did you come to work with IGW (Infographic World)?
We did some research on Google and compiled a list of the top five infographics specialists. IGW (Infographic World) mostly stood out because of their cost and their product. They seemed to be in the middle of the cost range that we found, and had produced similar content to the highest end providers.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $15,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We had worked with them in the past but this project has been ongoing since late 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been tracking the website traffic and YouTube hits on the animated infographic, and we’re very pleased. The internal feedback has been great since we launched the final products, as well.
How did IGW (Infographic World) perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been very good at project management. Their team is organized and have clearly defined roles within the company, which is helpful. They made sure our project was completed during that phase. We have regularly scheduled conference calls, and we also communicate via email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their talent for the value makes them stand out from others. They compete with the best of the best but not for the cost of major global firms. They’re genuinely enthusiastic about what they do, which is the biggest compliment I can give.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Since we’re a not-for-profit entity, we joke that any price is too high, but they are worth the cost. There’s nothing I think they could do differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear on your objectives and follow through on your timeline. Things happen in the world of work, but if you leave something behind, things can fall through.
